Hey Amy and Eric. Amy you look amazing. You have to give the code to the delivery service 🚚? Big 1 story 2008 sq ft. That upfront area to the right housing the 2 bedrooms, bath and huge closet is a big area. The 3rd bedroom I’d put a Murphy bed. Nice open concept. Unique cabinet 🗄️ color. Big nook/dining area. Big pantry and laundry 🧺 room indeed. Think I would extend the covered lanai for a nice outdoor kitchen , a 1/2 bath and hopefully there’s room for a pool. Big primary. Agreed with that recessed wall by the dresser. Big closet. Like the shower location. Private. Not as soon as you walk into the bathroom. No linen closet. This is a lovely home and layout Amy. The site rep mentioned something about the delivery drivers being able to scan something to unlock the package site. Not exactly sure how it works but it is SUCH a great idea!

For the most part they are "standard" sizes around 50 x 120 or 60 x 120 depending on the series
