Hey Amy and Eric. 5/3 2649 was my home I built in Pa. This is why I always speak of not enough bathrooms 😂. Like the elevation and the package 📦 area. Like the view on entry. Love sunken back stairs. Big open concept and appreciate the designated dining space. Love the kitchen countertop. Big pantry 🙌🏼. Good size bedroom & bathroom. Covered lanai. Just add the pool 👍🏼. Great size laundry 🧺 room. Big bedrooms indeed. Love the accent wall in the primary. Spacious en-suite. Omg. The retreat is amazing. Great home for who wants a 2-story. Thanks for sharing 🤗
