- We're so excited to share with you that there is a new builder in town and specifically in Ridgeview in Wellness Way / Clermont, Florida. Trinity Family Builders has released their new floor plans and they are SPECTACULAR. We'll take you through all six plans plus we'll drive you back past the "road closed" sign to show you the actual lots. Then we'll go down Schofield Road and show you what it looks like now versus what it looked like just a year ago!

We as homebuyers rely HEAVILY on Realtors. One HUGE lesson learned with new construction. Always take your time and read the permits entered to the county (for the community) to make sure they are selling the community points are actually going to happen.
Builders rep & realtors sell you a dream with amenities included in your HOA. Reality: if it's not in their initial permits to the county... It's not going to happen. It happened at Hartwood Landing. There was supposed to be a playground so rep & realtors advertised as part of HOA fees. Long story short. They pulled back no longer doing it. When we pulled the plans for the community it was never there!

It's really amazing how hilly these parts of Florida are. Tampa St petersburg is ridiculous flat yet just 20 minutes away from the coast, places like Zephyrhills and Lakeland are noticeable higher. . . At least by Florida standards.
Totally... we call that area of Clermont the "Florida Alps"... a bit of a joke but it is about as hilly as we get!

It is possible for a single-family between $300’sK to mid $300’sK in a good place with good structural construction including good inside materials o it does not exist
It does exist! But in this area you are more likely to find it in Haines City or somewhere a little further out from the Disney area!
