I love this black and white video series with hand movements, I’ve watched them a lot of times and they are super tingly and relaxing.
Since I was little, to do hand movements like figures, patterns, air tracing... relaxed me a lot, so I find this kind of content like a very useful help to sleep and cope with anxiety/depression.
I also love the Sensorial Books Series that you uploaded some time ago, my favourites are Never touch a dinosaur/dragon , and that book which you had to press the coloured dots.
