So they rip apart someone's home, repeatedly told they might be at the wrong house, repeatedly replyed they were at the right house instead of questioning thrmselves /coworkers why the HOMEOWNER is surprised they're there... And now coerce the owner to pay to finish the job or risk more water damage to their homes. Well I hope this the full company gets forced into paying her funds so she can fix all damages with a company SHE chooses. I would not trust them to do a mediocre job. Companies should not be able to get away with damaging someone home and making them pay to fix it. It's absurd.

But also record all your interactions with the homeowner after the mistake has occurred for the impending possible lawsuite Offer a no cost repair and contact your insurance company for payment, Do not Wait for the insurance because if further damage occurs The insurance company won't cover mold or water damage because of negligence the cost of repair on negligent indoor repair will be out of the pocket of the company
Sorry it is illegal to post date a contract no matter who you are. All she has to do is tell the county what happened and she will get the work done for free but there is clearly more to this story than is being told. If I understand it right she might have hired the company without knowing it, but the story is not that clear
Clearly what’s underneath shingles looks brand new she did not need a roof at all unless roofing company tore it down to the plywood and only put down black roll paper which I doubt. I would be upset I want my roof back.
The beverly house had a bad roof when we bought it ten years ago. I'm sure it is in horrible condition by now. I do not want or care about that house on beverly road.

the quality of the work is a joke, looks like someone building a shed who ran out of rolls of felt and didn't have a tar boiler and just made it up how to do it, would you want someone who blacked out your roof like this to finish the job, it is terrible,

As a roofing contractor in utah the first thing I'm required to do is co sign with a homeowner on a contract and get a check
