Honestly, I wouldn’t make the chocolate one if the graduation is going to be outside and hot. I had a lot of comments on social media saying that the chocolate will melt from body heat alone but I’ve never had a problem with that. I put the finished lei in the freezer overnight and didn’t have any problems. The graduation I used it for was on a rainy day and was only about 65 degrees.
