Our weather turned overnight, cold mornings but lovely sunny day have gone to cold rainy windy days.
Still a little unsettled but we will get there
Thank you Barbara
Thanks Ivan, more great info' on how to keep the growing going. Take care and all the best. Stevie
Thanks, will do!
Really hope you can't see my specific viewing of this one you'll think I've gone bananas! Stopped and restarted a million times with the dog interrupting every second lol I knew I'd learn something, which I did, the tomato tidy up. I learn something from every video, really appreciated. Great to learn from someone else's experience!
Glad you got there in the end Thank you Natalie
These would be ideal for your balcony 👇

We went from 90F yesterday to 68F today with rain all day; hail last night. Just trimmed one of my tomatoes last week. I have one more tomato plant left to plant and then I'm done planting for the summer. Hope Ginny is liking her new job and I love how you've taken a bare slate and turned it into a beautiful garden area.
Thank you Connie much appreciated
As always Ivan, all advice and tips, very much appreciated. Thanks for sharing.

As always Ivan you explain things in the simplest way....my two tear stand is ready for planting......can you give me advice on plants to go in.....thank you Eric
Great stuff Pretty much anything except plants like Cucumber and Sweetcorn they will need extra root space and will over shadow smaller plants and compete for nutrients as very heavy feeders Thank you Eric
Deluge here in Nottingham, just covered up my container toms, soaked enough
Good idea Thank you Tom
I'm glad you mentioned the welcome sign with the basket. I had a google after yesterday's vid and it was showing up and £25 most places, but didn’t mention home bargains.
I know where I'm heading on payday 😊
I bet you're the envy of all of your neighbours.
Always best to shop around but in the future i will give the prices of anything new we buy
Thank you Peach
Hi there Ivan great video really enjoy , I'm doing veggies in containers this year fed up with slugs and doing o.k . Garden looking really good well done you two.Hugs from Shropshire. ❤
Ivan you seem to be slug free, how do you manage it? I’m planting my spinach again tomorrow as they have all been eaten 😫
Hi Cherry i think this year i am just lucky
Excellent work Ivan! I always plant spinach - but no sooner do I start taking harvests it starts to bolt! Why does that keep happening? I always make sure it’s in the shade.
It could be inconsistent watering also if it dries out then gets lots of water that can cause bolting sow more and keep trying
Thank you Dean
Always worth checking the variety of tomato you have to know whether you should remove the little side shoots or not. It doesn't always say in the growing instructions whether particular varieties are determinate or indeterminate even though the terms get used quite a lot in advice/growing guides.
Thats true but if a dwarf or bush Tomato it is a determinate plant so must all be left on
Thank you Andy
Thank you so much for sharing ❤
No problem 😊 Thank you too
My spinach is in its second year and I'm harvesting off it every couple of weeks. Is it true peppers can be perennial if cut down before winter?
Yes you can over winter Peppers and Chilly Plants
Thank you
Have you tried growing Vietnamese corriander... It's a fairly hardy perennial and doesn't bolt like most corriander. Great in stiry fry's and soups.
No never but in the future i may try
Thank you
Gran retoño
