So it’s only right for us to take this time to show you all the craziest feats you have achieved from day one to today. You guys rock! I can bet you 90% of those explosion deaths are due to a friend shooting a red barrel when you’re running by it.
My friend literally planted 100 mines at the elevator at the VNC tower rooftop, as soon as I exited I got greeted with an explosion and a massive lag spike. 😭

(for everyone wondering, that exact number is just over 134,525 years)
My younger self probably contributed over 5K hours because Dying Light was the only game I truly sticked with during my childhood. My mom was so lucky after I got that game I stopped begging for more games. 😂

... best zombie game in a long time. Being the first dying light. 2 felt a bit flat for me.
Everyone's entitled to their own opinion and whilst I think this is definitely the best open world zombie game out there (dying light 1 > days gone, dead island, dead rising)... I personally feel that as a whole entire IP, it's not quite on the level of some other games out there. But again all down to preference and taste, maybe some people think 2 is better than 1, but I'm just saying I personally feel there are better overall franchises when you're including some that have WAY more than 2 games in their library.
Let's be real, most of those punches that killed us were from Volatiles

He sounds like my younger self. Absolutely obsessed with this game and gave zero care for the story for the longest time until I was able to understand English well enough.

I can't believe its already 10 years! I'm feel so old now. Still an amazing open world zombie apocalypse with parkour mechanics.
Remember watching Pewdiepie making a video about some older early access build of the game in 2014 or was it 2013. Thought, huh, what a strange game, looks like Dead Island with parkour. Maybe it's good.
Ended up being one of my top games of all time. Damn what a year 2015 was for video games.

Dying Light and Dying Light 2 stay human is beyond incredible.
I don't think Dying Light 2 was that good. But the first game was solid

But it was originally set for 2018 after Chris got fired for “Sexualy assaulting workers” when none of this was even true.. the game had 80% cut. Now hackers are reworking it for PC. If it gets enough love it’ll eventually be released as a “Playground” map for all the platforms

It's been one hell of a decade Techland I still remember first playing Dying Light it was just after midnight on release day and I was so enamored with it I didn't stop until easily 4:00am after a few hours sleep I got straight back on it I've loved the Dying Light franchise ever since.
Techland i just want to say THANK YOU Dying light is my favorite game franchise ever made and im glad to be apart of this thank you for ten years

6 years ago I use to play this game a lot with my cousin on the Xbox. He would always call me and party me up on the game and we would play for hours and and days. and many days on. Best 2 years of my life, Then I were told I had to sell my xbox. to get the vr set for my Ps4. That was the last time I had dying light because I couldn't afford it for a while. Bought quite a few new games as I became an adult. Played dying light this year about last month I believe. Dying light means a lot to me.. ❤ Thank you dying light! for the working hard your team for giving us one of most wonderful, gaming experience. Truly has been wonderful! I appreciate every bit of the work that has been done!

Dying Light has been the greatest game of my life since my teen years and iam grateful for the devs to make such an amazing game, its not just a game its an experience of a lifetime
I just bought this game on winter sale with The Following DLC and oh boy, not even a single regret after playing this. I wanted to play Dying Light since 2020, but i got no PC or console to play. In 2023 i got a good enough PC but i'm tight in money. and in December 2024, when the Winter sale is on Steam, i put it in chart and check-out immediately. Thank you Techland for making such an amazing and unique game like Dying Light. Currently pushing through The Following right now.
Dying Light 1 will always have a place in my Heart for one of the most fun games to ever exist
