While they are different bikes, this was still a good overview comparison to cram into 18 minutes. I bought a 2023 Z900 SE last November (in Canada), so I'm still in my break-in phase. I've touched 6k on the tach twice, and the bike is just starting to wake up. Coming from a 2010 Ninja 650 I had for 13 years (and that was enough 80% of the time), the Z900 is a PLENTY nice upgrade for me on the street. As mentioned, I'm in Canada, so the price of the Z H2 compared to the Z900 SE is literally double, so that is a huge factor, which means as nice as the H2 is, I just walk right on by it, lol.
I absolutely love my 2020z900, no need for anything faster since I can't really even use more than 40% "legally" of it's 125hp where I live here in Southeast Wisconsin.
I know what you mean, I'm from Southeast Wisconsin too. I'm looking at a 2024 on Tues for $8k with the red paint scheme. I have heard almost universal praise about the Z900 from owners and that's the best endorsement for me. I have an 04 FZ1 now I just want something modern and for $8k new that's hard to beat.
I own a z900se for the last month or so for 10k but I would definitely have had the h2 if I could of afforded it to be honest though after many years off the road the h2 was definitely the more scary machine so that's why I went 900 it's enough for me maybe in a year or so I may pex it for the h2 we will see. Great video though keep it up young man 😅
Going to look at a Z900 Tuesday and the biggest difference is the price. It's on sale for $8k, that's pretty cheap for a brand new bike. I have an 04 FZ1 and just want something modern but I don't care about quick shift or cruise control (would be nice but don't want to pay for it).
Nice bikes, have traded my 2015 ZZR1400 Performance Sport for a 2018 H2 SX and love. Remapped by Dave Wood Racing now 207 bhp at the rear wheel. Going back soon to have the suspension SetUp for me.
Tengo la z900 S.E dos años y super contento. No me falta velocidad y el manejo en curvas perfecto. Mas peso por mucha mas potencia que te de, no se si me gustaria a la hora de maniobrar. Saludos.✌
Think i disagree with definitely trying the ZH2 and the 900 before purchase, because as you summarised, the H2 will blow you away, without getting on the H2 I'm sure people would love the 900. Afaik, the ZH2 is NOT just an sx without fairing, the engine is the same, but the whole bike (ZH2) was built from the ground up, the frame is unique, completely different beasts.

Love the sound, I need this exhaust on my 2023 Z H2.
Pretty nice bike. Had a Honda hornet naked, very buffy on the moterway. I prefer full fairing though. Thanks for sharing 👊
A tune gets rid of the dip in the mid range on the z9. Noticed it immediately after tuning mine

you immediately sounded happier on the ZH2
Z900 for me
What's the difference in insurance?
Change exhaust, decat ,air filter and remap and the n you will see
Mate, the base Z900 is £8500. the se might be 10k..
Have they stopped making z1000
Hi mate, not sure where you're from, but the Z1000 was not imported into the UK after 2020..

I tried the Zh2 on Saturday, it’s nothing special, it’s fast but it’s not scary imo. I prefer the power delivery of a 1000cc normally aspirated engine
@paulcartwright7228 i meant blow you away vs the 900 👍🏻
Superbe ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ vidéo merci
Bonjour Quelle moto préfères-vous. Le ZH2 ou le Z900?
Bonne journée!
@@wakajawaka44 bonsoir j aime les 2 j adore la 🏍
Not sure how Jez at the bike shop puts up with you constantly wasting his time...
Seriously, 79 mph in a 30 zone and you did not even know what the speed limit was. Irresponsible thats what I would call you
oh so you want to spend 25mins ofyour free time watching a boring video of a middle aged bloke driving a bike at 29mph in 3rdgear....okeh
