Thank you for this content, Eric! I teach in an adult education program and we have adults from 18 to 70 years old, with a variety of needs and language skills. I appreciate the focus on adult learning.
Hi, could you please tell me some advices how to teach an adult, my student is adult and is difficult for him to remember vocabulary and struggle a lot making easy sentences, what should I do? any advice. thanks in advance.
Thanks for your nice comment Teacher Cheryl (I presume?) Sorry for the late reply. TMI? I found that placing the focus on a 3rd person really makes it easier for them to participate. I put them and pairs, then I ask them to answer Qs about the partner. They can answer as a team, helping each other.
Hi Eric, Hoping you to be happy First I would like to thank you for your nice ideas. I want to teach English to Indian Hindi medium students. Please help me more. Thanks
I guess it could be any adults - But honestly only doing it to target the "adult" keyword. ^^ Most of these activities seem fun and could actually be used with younger learners too.
Hi Mira, sorry for my late reply. Yes indeed, we're working hard on a book with over 100 no-prep activities. I'm also going to make a few videos that I hope will help. Remember to check out the Sunday Live Chat or to visit my website Etateach.com. Blessings for 2022!
Sorry for the late reply Ameer. The book will be on Amazon by the end of January, but the price has not yet been determined. You are welcome to submit questions or suggestions. Remember to also visit the website Etateach.com.

QUESTION: does ”adult” mean university students, or real adults (office workers, housewives, retirees) ??
I guess it could be any adults - But honestly only doing it to target the "adult" keyword. ^^

@@etacude yeah, you are right, Eric the Viking. These activities good for lower level adult learners (hence, teenagers too) in classes of 10+ students
