    the girl who couldn’t stop the payments should honestly sue them, i’m pretty sure it’s illegal to withdraw money from someone’s account even after they asked for it to cease

    I say all the people who are banned for reporting issues should band together and sue SSO for all the money they have spent on the game. I believe this would equal to a class action lawsuit and could get global acknowledgement from the gaming community. As the actual payout from the company could put the game under, the players could then demand their accounts reinstated and all glitches repaired withing three months of first report as an alternative. Then everyone wins; company still has money and players get respect.

      That is one thing that this game needs, exposure in the bigger gaming community, at this point no one cares. But if it can get more attention in bigger circles SSO will be in trouble.

      @@flamingo4570 I know that starstable will not exist anymore in a few years if they don’t freaking fix their game! It’s sad because this game helped me cope with life and i played it when it just came out. Such a waste of time and money. If only i knew this would happen… back then they actually listened to you and helped you out and money didn’t matter to the company. But now… they have MILIONS and still it’s not enough.. they will never spend it on this game so why are they so money hungry😔

    I can't believe sso hasn't been sued yet. From the false advertising and now for all of there issues with money and there tendency to ban players from the game for reporting bugs. I have seen some sso youtubers say that they don't condone cheating and to report anyone who is cheating. I wonder how many children have been scarred for life because they were banned for reporting bugs.

      @@ghostaby3632 maybe false advertising is too strong. but the advertising of the game isn't a true reflection of the game. There is a lot of mobile games that have epic commercials with amazing animations, but the game does not look anything like that. There seems to be a blurry line between dishonest ads and false ads. A good example of this in SSO is the fish horses shown swimming in the photos and when SSO edited the reins in the photos for the jumping saddles update. Even though SSO never said that the fish horses could swim, they shewed the horses swimming. Even though SSO never said that the reins were fixed, I thought they were fixed because of the photos. This is why the advertising is dishonest and why I thought it was false advertising.

      @@ghostaby3632 Multiple times when sso released an update they showed a picture of smth that gave players hope that that thing is going to be released. For example, with the seahorses (or whatever they are called), they showed a picture about them being in the water. A lot of players thought they can swim, but they can't. This happened multiple times, but not just with pictures. Another example is the wild horses, they said "which horse will you BOND with", which made people think we have to bond with them before being able to get them. Instead we didnt have to do shit and just buy them like any other horse in game.

    Wow.. This is genuinely starting to scare me. All these money-related bugs that never get fixed, and even the fact that SSO *refuses* to stop payments in order to get even more money.. I am seriously starting to dread at the idea of ever logging into SSO again. Because i'm afraid that if i do, the game's gonna glitch and delete all my horses. What has this mess of a company have become..

    Some of these issues (especially when dealing with money) sounds like they could potentially land sso in court. I don’t know how this works in other countries but in Sweden where I live, and where sso is based, you can file complaints to the national board of consumer complaints (arn) who can help you resolve issues with a company and possibly take them to court if needed. So I recommend everyone who’s ever been in a dispute with star stable over money (like for example them charging your bank account without you having bought anything) to file a complaint with arn or any similar instance where you live! If they get more “official” complaints like that it could maaaaybe get them to change

      @@Emily_Bondevik_Official Ok, ya, that seems like a pretty worthy cause to get into a legal battle over. If a whole bunch of people who got slated, stepped up to SSO. The SSO team would either have to pony up the money the people have lost, or they do their job and reinstate everything that needs to be reinstated so that everybody that lost something will at least get their stuff returned, or, they can pay everybody the amount of money that can be spent on everything that the players had lost in game. I'm sure they'd go the less expensive route, considering the fact that there's a whole lot more of us players than there are of them. I'm not sure of the percentage of players that have lost horses or gear, (or have been banned for dumb reasons), but whatever that percent, those players can win in a legal battle if they do all at once pick a fight with SSO. Also, SSO needs to learn a lesson at some point. Their audience is going to dog pile them, and they won't be allowed to leave until satisfaction. The more people who know about SSO's true nature, the more likely it'll be that they'll start loosing chances to make new players play their game.

      @@echotrash466 well, I'm starting 2 projects. Make old sso playable again AND make my own game with NO IN GAME PURCHASES. An entirely free MMO with optional donations WHERE YOU CAN EVEN PLAY AS A MALE. The problem is that Eleanor Nightwalker refused to help me bring attention to my project saying I just need to post job offerings, but how will people even find them? It's just me and a bunch of friends

      @@Emily_Bondevik_Official Welp, if and when you've finished the game, I'll be interested in seeing it. Maybe try getting a discord server surrounding this project up and running and try to get people on board. Ask all of your close friends to see if they know anybody who either would like to help you with the actual production, or would like to give you a donation of some kind so you might be able to higher some people to help with the production. You'd need somebody to help you code, you'd need somebody to help you with modeling, and depending on whatever else, like story quests and events, you may need a person for each task. Gameplay always comes 1st, and updating graphics comes later. If you want to make a game that helps compete against SSO, giving people a new place to call their horsey home, I say do it. It might take a little while to put it all together, but it's entirely possible accomplish. Imagine if one day your game was able to rival SSO. But, big dreams need to take baby steps. Only move forward when you're able to, always take your time to create the best possible product. :D

    The first story is literally a nightmare, we are not being heard by real humans, our emails are sent to robots that give automatic answers. A player lost their account FOREVER for trying to help SSO, this is horrible and I hope SSO faces the consequences for their mistakes

    The roadmap just came out and… wooow- 5 more winter updates!!!
    Dark Riders? Who are they?
    Updated characters? Never heard of those.
    New racing system? What is that?
    NONE of the main promises were delivered this year. NONE. And I still see the “quests are so hard to make, and take a lot of time and effort uwu” response to players asking about quests. I am DONE with this company. Never ever have I been THIS un-excited about winter, or anything in Star Stable. I have a feeling that this is the year that people will start quitting Star Stable in DROVES. They’ve f-ed up too often, too much, for too long. Bye bye and choke on that cash I’ve given you, SSE.

      I never thought I’d ever quit this game, but SSO is honestly making it easy. The winter village was always something I was super excited about and genuinely enjoyed, but it’s just ruined. Like, totally fucked. Everything about this game is.

    I honestly dislike youtubers who keep pumping money into SSO, the game is clearly in poor state and they keep promoting their bs and pretending nothing is wrong. Even Denis who tend to speak loud about sso, after doing a "rant video" does a shopping one, clearly stating that hes donating into the game. I know they gain profit from those vids (not a whole bunch since its not a very popular game and sub count is pretty low), but it does seem shitty to me anyway.

    Note: This comment is after seeing the video.
    I'm not really surprised SSO is giving out bans like this, but I never thought they would stoop low enough to ban someone for reporting an exploit before ghosting the person.
    In the past when I made ideas and suggestions I had this gut feeling I should use an email I never really use that isn't linked to my SSO account and I guess this video proves my gut feeling right. And no, I am not making this up, I literally had a small feeling telling me not to use my SSO account's email. This was somewhat a few months ago when I got into SSO and I knew nothing about what was happening to the game or how the company was treating its players, glad I listened to my gut though, Idk what they'd do to my account.
    Also, why would SSO think that someone who is cheating would report cheating?

    This is SO true I've had so many problems with sso I don't even think you'd be surprised 🙃 so many copy paste emails, glitches and star coin problems I don't even purchase star coins anymore. They're bad at customer service and bad at lying. One of my friends year or so ago got her account banned permanently for something she didn't do, a thing on sso side. It's terrible how sso is now.

      Oh my God, I've been hearing so many banned account stories. They treat those things like crap, as if an account is something we can just pull out of our arses again. We can't! They cost a lot of money! They should damnwell start respecting them at the very least.

      I can’t bring myself to log in anymore… i stopped playing since 10 November. I think i will never play it again, only if starstable will fix the game. For now i have wasted more then €300,_ on this game and i don’t know how many hours! I played it since this game came out. This is difficult because this game really helped me cope with life

    Thank for coming out on our stories, I'm so upset with sso. Everyday sso is quickly heading to its downfall, I scared sso might shut down. 12:00 was my story and I never got refunded and they said I somehow 'exploited ' or saying it's my fault. I notice in the sso, The hat4u bug giving jorvik shilling gets patched in a day but dismount dance hasn't been fixed. Since I believe 2020 they don't have the bug log and this year the bugs rised and they don't mention them anymore. I wish I could speak out to them but I'm just a kid and they need to fix there engine, bugs and up there security. THEY NEED TO FIX THERE GAME!

I got the feeling the management change is true and since then money and making the game pretty and putting gameplay secondary. Sso is going downhill and i'm worried soon the game will shut down in a few months to a year

    Seems like we really need to band together and file a lawsuit against Star Stable. Their customer service is horrible.
    Players being banned or losing their accounts for reporting bugs and other pathetic reasons is ridiculous.
    Failing to provide its customers with good service and not to mention failing to resolve bugs, glitches and cheats; Overpricing items, horses is disgusting.
    I didn’t pay AUD$80+ for a game who’s staff cannot provide good customer service and has provided a disappointing experience (related to bugs, overpriced item/horses, poor customer service etc.)
    I’m extremely disappointed with the amount of money I have spent on the game and how myself and many other customers have been treated.
    They really are painting a bad picture of themselves and to be frank they seem money hungry; they want to make a lot of money but do not want to provide their loyal customers with the best service possible.
    I hope that when or if they respond to my emails reporting bugs they don’t threaten to take my account away 😞

    I like your videos before even seeing the rest of the video. I can't tell you how happy I am to see that you're still posting this stuff on SSO. I noticed that a lot of SSO UA-camr's tend to act like nothing is going on with SSO and it kind of frustrates me when they keep promoting buying stuff from them and you just bring in a whole new light to things honestly. I really want people to see your videos and understand what is wrong with the game atm before they waste their parent's (or their) money on what is nothing but a horse collecting game. I know that there are A LOT of impressionable kids and teens who are following SSO UA-camrs who see how fun and cool it is to have horses and go on shopping sprees, and will attempt to do the same, wasting their money.
    (I just feel like this isn't brought up enough with how often kids copy UA-camrs doing stuff because it looks fun to them)
    Also...
    I am very peeved with SSO right now for their horrible Christmas event this year. It is literally nothing but buying stuff and warm wishes. That's it.
    And I very much want to see the old soul riders and I just plan on making a comic of them, continuing off the last issue of the old comics. The whole reason I even played the game was because I found my old Starshine Legacy comic from 2008 (I think, I was 6 or 7) and I hate that the characters don't even feel like the original soul riders!
    AArrghh, so many things I'm upset about with SSO tbh! I could make literal essays about it!

    When I heard about the person who’s account got suspended because they reported a major bug, I literally facepalmed myself, and with my hand still on my forehead, rested it on my kitchen table and let out a long sigh through my nose.

    my account is over 9 years old. i am absolutely appalled by the customer service of this game. as a customer support rep. for another indie game, i couldnt even imagine treating players like this. especially with a game thats made this much money? makes me never want to touch the game.

      I feel you on this. By now I rarely log on anymore, partly because there's nothing to do that interests me enough and partly because I'm scared of either of my accounts getting bugged and stuff disappearing. I've paid more money on this than I'd like to admit. I regret it. If I could have that money back now I'd take it, I regret ever having supported them to begin with. It's so bullshitty.

    A few days ago, I noticed that all my racing horseshoes kept on going missing and I bought them all. I checked all my horses and whole wardrobe but no use. I will not contact star stable about it because they will just ignore me completely. I think sso should be more reasonable with customers as their income is via them..

    I hope Star Stable starts listening to their players soon. I've also received copy-paste replies from customer support when asking a question. I didn't really have a serious issue, but I still didn't get an answer to my question. It just left me feeling "??????!!?!??!" reading the email like 5 times over trying to understand if they didn't understand my question or if I just didn't understand their reply. I guess they didn't really read my email. that would explain a lot. I really used to look up to this game. I thought it was such an amazing game, they actually used to listen to their players, but that's many years ago. things have changed and now I'm in level 21 with nothing to do, no reason to play except for that one hour a day when I have a meeting with my club, I barely even remember the storyline of this game. I made a new account, to play through the quests so that I could remember the storyline, but it's no fun when the NPC's are all bugged.

    The bug with the star coin purchases where you suddenly are in the negative because star stable accidentally gave you more star coins has been going on for YEARS. It happened to my sister when she got the lifetime membership about 7 years ago. For some reason it had given her double the star coins, but she didn't know that she wasn't supposed to have that much and spent alot of them. She logs on the next day to be over 1000 in the negative. Thankfully customer service did eventually put her back to 0, but it took my mom giving them a piece of her mind before they did. The fact they still haven't fixed this issue is concerning to say the least.

    I'm pretty baffled how much starstable have gone down the drain, I started back 2010-2012-ish, and i've never had any problems with them nor had copy paste replies, it saddens me how ..lazy sso have become with everything, i come back every 4-5 months to check it out and it gets more iffy and more unstable-
    I've reported tonnes of bugs, glitches, exploits and never had a sour reaction- All been so nice so far-
    Just a few weeks ago i was able to switch my mail without having the mail i had being available(they shut it down) via custom stupport within 2 mails it was all resolved. Idk if it's due that i'm in Sweden- or if i just had that 1/100 luck
    Binged a bunch of your videos and i could've never believed that sso was down so hard on their knees like this- Love your vids tho, keep up the good work !

      Same here. I’m not 100% sure that I’ve never had any “copy & paste” replies from them, but I’ve never had any money or horse problems. The few times I’ve had problems getting on (browser would close for no apparent reason) my mom helped me send an email or a couple off to them and we would typically get a response within a week. Nice to see someone else hasn’t had a downright awful experience with them.

    I am so late to this, but, I have a story as well! I am an old player in college now. I have all the stars collected now, but when I was in the middle of collecting them, they updated the map, causing the star I needed to complete my collection to disappear. I emailed them multiple times showing pictures of each spot where the stars should be, and how my star notebook was showing they weren’t collected. I got the same email 3 times saying that if the star wasn’t there, I already collected it.
    It took a while, but eventually they updated again, and I was able to get all the stars.

    I'm so gladI am not alone. One time I went on a horse buying spree (20000 star coins for double weekend...) and spent 15k on horses and clothes. I got the clothes...but when I went to my stable none of the horses were there. Obviously, 20k sc is alot, so I was worried for my $120 that I spent on the sc! I tried relogging and so many others things but nothing seemed to work. I had my father contact star stable...and they never responded. I have never gotten my star coins back. I was basicly mugged of $120.. And to top it off...I went to my purchases in settings and my purchase never showed up. I am still confused to this and and furious with star stable.

    But l got the sc back to buy the horse l should have gotten in the first place after l sold the wrong one

    I hope that someone will finally sue them for not returning lost things and horses because of their „I don’t give a shit” asses. Sorry for words, I am just pissed and scared that I will log in to the game one day just to find out that my stable is empty.

    The most important thing i’ve learned from working at a theme park is “The customer is ALWAYS RIGHT”. This statement has some exceptions ofcourse. But If it doesn’t directly costs the company thousands of dollars, its always better to give what the customer wants then to be difficult with it. Because you will lose these costumers, and if SSO will continue to act like this, they are going to feel that soon.

    The fact that ppl didnt know about editing game files yet, shocked me.. I used to do it with my twin sister for 3 years when she made YT videos lol... Before wildhorses option was a thing, we would edit or delete items to make all players n tack invisible before the game launched after the auto update... It's the easiest thing to do...

    Had a friend of mine who couldn't get into her account after sso removed the log in through facebook option. every time she tried to log in it would log her into another account that wasn't hers. turns out she had used her facebook email years ago to make an alt account. so she contacted sso told them about the situation and asked them to delete the other account, specifically stating to only delete one and also gave them the name and email used, sso answered and said it's done. now when she wants to log into her account it says that the email doesn't exist. so she contacted sso again and now sso was telling her that it's not possible for 2 accounts to have the same email even tho it literally happened. after asking sso over and over again (because sso was mostly ignoring what she was saying) if there's any way for her to get her account back, nothing could be done and to this day she never got it back, she gave up and quit. and i don't blame her, her account was 8 years old with lifetime star rider.

    So dad once bought me 3 months of star rider, which caused around 13 bulgarian levas. One day dad asked me about two times, in which starstable took 7 levas each time out of his account, AFTER they already took the 13. So the following 2 weeks they took 14 levas out of his account, for no reason. He stopped that, and we imagined how much money they would've taken if we didn't realise how every week they stole some money from him.

    I honestly am worried - no, you could say almost scared - to do anything. Logging in the account, running around, realizing again that I lost items, see that I got less horses than usual, looking up if they stole money from me or simply just not even log into the account.
    What am I s'posta do? I am logging im rn after two months not logging in (honestly, I only show up into this game twice a year since 2020-) and I'm scared for seeing if I lost any horse, item or didn't even got the weekly sc.
    What is fucking wrong with this bloody hell of a game, that used to be my favourite game ever, years ago?
    When the holy fuck did that company started to go down SUCH DRASTICALLY??

    as i created my character and starter horse for my new account i started like half a year ago, they looked COMPLETELY different in game afterwards. i did not know at that point, that it was possible to change my chara plus horse one time for free in my stable, so i got pretty upset because i bought a lifetime account and my character looked nothing like i wanted it to look.
    after contacting the support they also just told me it was my fault and that i can't change my characters NAME, although i never mentioned that i wanted to do that???? anyway, i figured it out myself a few days after as the support was once again absolutely useless.

    my whole club has the mount-dismount "dance" bug, like u named it. and its occuring for many other players too. If SSO ever logged into their own game they MUST have come across this bug, but they havent done anything about it for such a long time... i just have no words.

    Star Stable not listening to their players has been a thing for a while and it's really nerve-wracking. I remember, on my previous account, I was hacked and someone sold all of my things- though I haven't shared my password. When I contacted them, it was a whole ride of two months until they listened to me and at least gave me back my horses, not items tho. They weren't listening to me at all- and as well to this day. I've been having this weird bug, where water disappear from the world. Usually after I use a trailer or go into my stable, sometimes even when I just stand and do nothing. I have contacted them three weeks ago and they told me that they know about the bug and their working on it- no, they aren't.

      Yeah, this bug has been plaguing a lot of people of late! I don't know why they haven't fixed it though.

    I think star stable automatically gets rid of accounts/bans them when a player hasnt been on for a few months. That happend to me when i was inactive on my alt for about 3 months.. very frustrating as i spent a lot of money on the account. I only reached out to them once and that was a long time ago so i dont remember the responce, but clearly it wasnt helpful because to this day the account is still banned!
    Edit: I am going to try and see if I can get the account back, wish me luck.

    I'm glad someone said this. On the other end of the spectrum there's a polish game master in the support (Harvey) who is known to swear at players in the support ticket conversation. There are many proofs of that in the polish sso community. While some of the bans might have been appropriate (for players insulting and swearing at other players), his response to ban appeal is not 🤡. I understand some of people who send support tickets are less than nice it's your damn job to help them and not heckin' insult them back.
    I personally had good experiences with that GM (because he actually read my email) but damn...

    Personally I , for over by now I think 2 years, had a huge bug with my closet. I could only go on the closet and switch an item or the side very few times if at all and then either I was immediately thrown out or everything stopped working. Once I was able to close the closet and then everything turned black. Like that one weird bug from awhile back. The movements also got weird.
    I had to relog constantly just to make one new outfit, which by now had been the only thing I got interested by in SSO.
    The same actually has been the case for the shopping mal which was my favourite place in Jorvik.
    I talked some months ago to a person who had the exact same problem as me. They ended up playing on a different thing then because the thing they used before was pretty old. I did not do that, my laptop is like 4 or 5 years old and honestly if my laptop was the case it would be freaking stupid. If I remember correctly that person asked sso for help and yeah they got the usual stuff, pretty sure they got told that their thing might be too old.
    Personally I didn't want to deal with that freaking customer support after I saw what others had to deal with. I was slowly gathering videos to send to StarStable till I saw those people speaking up. That was btw after the person with the star coins in minus things spoke up and got into focus.
    Now a few days ago when I went online to get the Christmas cat from the shop I suddenly could actually use the closet.
    This just shows that it was not my laptop that was the issue here. It was the game being freaking buggy.
    I have yet to go to the shopping mal to see if that works again too. Don't have enough time at the moment tho.

    Fear of something happening like my account getting banned for a bug or just getting ghosted is why I haven’t persisted in contacting SSO about my experience with the Rockwell family questline - which I mentioned in part 1's comment section and *STILL* isn’t fixed
    Granted I haven’t tried logging in and out multiple times like was recommended to me by SSO's "support" out of the paranoia of potentially getting banned for doing so if that’s even possible so it could still be something I need to do on my end but still it’s something that *shouldn’t even happen in the first place*
    I love SSO. It’s my escape from the hell that is currently my reality. I’ve only just discovered it and I don’t want to lose it, but I don’t want it to be buggy and unenjoyable either.
    Btw great video Rattle! I love these types of videos and you sound like you really know your stuff! ^^

    I had no idea sso's customer service was such a mess, but I'm even more shocked that players have actually been banned for reporting issues with the game. Like you mentioned in the video, the bugs and glitches and issues with the game are sso's responsibility to fix. Thank you

    I only recently got to watching this, but everything that was said is so true (again). I've been a player of SSO for about three to four years and I thought this game was one of the best. I quickly learned within two years of playing that it was actually not as "Oh, magic, cool stuff, good content," but more of "Horses exist, buy them." It's really sad to see the game go down, but I still want this game to find the light at the end of the tunnel. Everything aside, I love these types of videos to watch in free time, since it really reveals what SSO has done. Thanks for putting some sense out to everyone in these rants :D

    I've had this treatment too - thankfully not for anything that cost me "real money" but they do try to make you feel stupid, but me being an IT person, trying to tell me I don't know how the internet or my computer works is not going to work and will just make THEM look incompetent. (Clearly not having read the first two of my emails, telling me to try out what I clearly stated I HAD, in fact, already tried, and so on) I imagine that there is always the option of threatening legal action, especially if real money is involved.

    I haven’t been able to play SSO on my pc for nearly 1,5 years now. Of course I mailed them the same day the issue arose, which didn’t really help. In the first mail I got back I was told how to uninstall correctly, which wasn’t helpful. So eventually I factory reset my computer and only installed Star Stable Online. However I still had the same issue, which lead me to mail them back and told them I had factory reset my pc. Their response? “How to make sure you uninstalled SSO correctly”. So once again, I tried it and shocker! It didn’t work!
    So I mailed them back... again... and sent them an image containing which graphic card and such I had, in order to see if there was something wrong with them... And they mailed me back... With ANOTHER “How to make SUUURE you REALLY uninstalled SSO correctly”. I’ve had to play on my lap top, which has a significantly lower frame rate, making it barely playable, since July last year.
    Star Stable’s customer service is honestly embarrassing, disappointing and disheartening. I’ve lost hope about SSO, they just keeps on disappointing more than I even thought was possible. Honestly wouldn’t even mind if the game shut down anymore, they have clearly shown that they doesn’t give a shit about their players, only their wallets.

    I’ve been playing this game for 6 years and to finally see that starstable not only has multiple BIG problems but something tells me that it’s probably a staff or a few staff are just lazy, money infested people who are taking advantage and just don’t show help to players. I honestly don’t blame starstable for these problems but these issues are really starting to scare me, making me fear that one of these problems will get me next.

    Once I had a massive bug that eventually resolved itself, but lasted over a year. I could not see my race times or set highscores. I contacted SSO endlessly about it. They told me to reset my game, send video of the issue, on and on. I did as they asked. They never got back to me on it, so I just gave up. It's ridiculous that they can't fix their buggy game and their downright atrocious scams. I'm so glad that I haven't encountered disappearing horses or SC, though! I can't imagine the nightmare.

    The “didn’t get your allowance” bug isn’t really recent. Back when I was 8 (I am 15 now, yes I have been playing this game for that long) I went on a vacation with my family for two weeks and I never even got my 200 allowance. When I didn’t log in that week, I wouldn’t get it. It fixed itself but I play on a different account now. I was apparently the only one because everyone told me my game was weird because even if they didn’t log in for months they’d still get it.

    I remember a time when players were able to go to customer support and ask for a starcoin refund when you didn't even loose any, and SSO would actually give them to you. Anyone else remember that? (Just saying, I never did this, I just know a few people who did.) Also don't do this EVER! This is still very bad, but I remember when SSO would care this much and actually give stuff back.

    I have a story to share haha and SSO has absolutely no excuses to give for this.
    A couple of years back, around 2016-2017 is when I first created my SSO account Lily Diamondbrooke. It was a non SR, never paid for anything so everything I had was through codes. Using these star rider codes, I had brought my account to level 13 and brought my only horse, my starter, to level 15. One day, I log into star stable and for some reason, its like my account had been reset???
    It brought me to the character making screen, so I thought it was just a glitch and tried to do it again by logging into the game again, making sure its my account (I have never ever shared my account with anyone, no one I knew even played Star Stable) and after confirming it is, I realized that my account had indeed been reset. But the weird part was that, when I logged on, I had 1200 starcoins - these star coins are from all the codes I had used but I had actually spent it all on seperate occasions however it all returned back, I have no idea how.
    I go to my closet, a few items are there however 90% were missing. I had to start everything from level 1 and that really frustrated me because I had worked really hard to get to level 13 as I never was a paid star rider. I sent an email to SSO regarding this issue (This had happened to me once previously but I had at the time, changed my server so my account reset because of that and it was resolved when I moved servers back. However this time, I had done nothing. I didn't even have another server I could move to as my area ended up having only 1 server) SSO told me I might have moved servers and thats why it happened. I told them clearly that I had not and there isn't even another server I could move to. They said they would take a look at my account. I also provided them a screenshot of my old account, clearly showing Level 13 and Level 15 on the stats area but the only response they gave me was - "We don't see anything wrong with your account, are you sure you're not using multiple accounts?" and that "We assure you that you aren't losing progress in game" which is funny because how else do I go from level 13 to level 5??
    After this, they never responded to be and this issue never ended up getting fixed. I quit star stable for 3 years and returned later to see this still being the case so I decided to start over again.

    As someone whos played SSO for years this is ridiculous. Its heartbreaking to see and hear people spend their real life money to buy overpriced starcoins. First starting out, I bought the 1000 starcoin package twice and it never went into my account. I saved up for weeks just so I could get my dream horse. I thought it was just a bug at the time, and finally on my third try, it went through, but my money was still gone from the past two attempts. As someone who has loved and supported the game, its sad to see it going to crap. All they care about it money, and it shows. I'm extremely greatful for youtubers like you, Rattle, that speak on the darker topics not many people do. Speaking of bugs, I've had the dismount-dance, empty world and t-pose npc happen for months. It ruins the game, you can't record, take pictures or anything. On top of that, it's heartbreaking to see people that have spent hours and hours of their lives building up an account for it just to be excused, put down, and banned for reporting something for SSO to FIX! Theres no use for excuses anymore, they simply don't care. They don't care about your opinons, money, concerns or geniune help you are trying to give them. The game itself has become a boring, money-hungry game for quite sometime. But all in all, Thank you Rattle for shedding some light on the situation. Step up, Star Stable.

    I noticed this weekend I didn't get my 100 sc allowance. First time I've ever had this problem, however I'm not planning on reporting it unless it continues. I've had star rider for a couple years now. There are more bugs in sso than things to do in game... It's really sad.

    Something I wanted to mention, there was a Halloween glitch also where you couldn't trade over half of the items with Poe the Crow. They just didn't show up, even if you had them in your inventory. It was like they didn't exist. This happened to my account, and I know it happened to others as well. I didn't even bother to contact support as I knew this would be the response I got. I was still able to get my Nightwing Raven, just much later than most other players due to the unfair glitch that didn't allow me to exchange over half of my items.

      I had that too! Some days the option to trade all the items was there and sometimes some I could only trade some items, not others, yet my items said they were tradeable and were in my inventory (same as you) I didn't realise it was a glitch until now. (Sorry if that didn't make much sense, I had the same thing as you, just sometimes I had the option to trade those items and sometimes I didn't)

    TL;DR Be careful, keep track of ur items, this is probably not legal in some way.
    I love the videos you make Rattle, they're brutally honest and even if you make an error it's because this is from the hearts of yourself and the community. I'm probably late to this idea but I started to take pictures of my stables, horses, items etc with the date and time visible. This would be undeniable proof to SSO and I'm pretty sure they could get into trouble for something on their end taking away star coins/horses considering a lot of people spend real money on them. It's honestly ridiculous how the upper management make a game with so much uplifting potential to manipulate the system solely for the sake of money. It's completely unethical and part of me feels like something here isn't 100% legal.

    Been playing 9 mabye even 10 years soon. I feel like this year the amount of glitches has skyrocketed to the point where I cant play the game in peace. For example, the newest glitch where I´ll get disconnected when starting a race, same ones every time to which means It cant be my wifi thats the problem. Theres also this one glitch where the screen will randomly turn grey and the game needs to be restarted in order for me to continue.
    Ive got tons of other glitches that also just makes the game less enjoyable. Im almost finding atleast one new glitch every day, by just running around doing races... Which is really sad since this game is litteraly my childhood and I have invested such a big amount of money into it that im ashamed of it. So it really hurts watching it get this bad over the years and I realy wish I could help becuase the game has or atleast had a big potential.

    I got stuck in a place once and o could not call for pickup and when I quit and join again u was still stuck so I contacted sso no help I did a second time saying "if I cant get out I can buy the 10000sc I was going to buy" and after saying that what do know they moved me to a different spot lmao

    its absolutely sick how much sso doesnt actually care about us. we stay faithful and forgive them over and over again and they still manage to keep fucking it up. we're watching the game die and its so upseting but honestly there is nothing we can do at this point

    To be honest Rattle, you are actually very correct about these. I have an account that i will not mention the name of but that account has two bbugs going on the dismpunt bug where the player keeps dismounting and it wont stop. Sadly Ive reported this and they ignored me only saying that you we will fix the bug but they didnt

    Omg i remember also having this issue with my horses missing. This was before they changed to the new stables we had. WHen we had the old stables you could only have 10 horses in your stable. And I had this problem where if I bought a new horse without freeing up space in my stable, it would dissappear. usually, It would've ended up in the horse island, but every new horse i bought didn't end up there. I messaged sso a lot of time and the problem finally got fixed after HALF A YEAR where i had sent them at a lot of mails about it.

    Sometimes I have this “bug”(?) where the game kicks me every minute up until every hour, claiming it’s a network error, sometimes they even claim they kicked me for cheating (which I don’t do), even tho other games work fine and my network is connected and working. Everytime I wrote to costumer support I either never got an answer or they told me it’s my WiFi (even tho it clearly isn’t).
    Everytime this happens the game is unplayable for some days and the support doesn’t care so I just have to wait and hope the problem resolves itself on its own.

    One i had problem and support didn't help me for even 7 months
    So i comented random post on SSO facebook page and they helped me in 20 minutes

    One thing I learned about the (German) support is to simply "threaten" with your parents (even if your an adult yourself). I can tell you it worked wonders for me. They probably filter for words like parents/mom/dad/son/daughter/my child whatever and you get an actual reply.

    its sad. I had same situation with perm ban while i wasnt active for about year then. I worte to them twice with this problem and they didnt listen, they said smth like - Thank you for contacting us, but- and something about selling my account while i wasnt. The best part is that I decided to wrote to them third time and said that this game had saved me from depression while ago and im pretty sad that i will have to say goodbye to all this memories that i've build and yk what? they instantly unbanned me without any answer just like that. It was my first and last contact with costumer service. Also once I wrote to SSO on their fb page that they money hungry and they forgot about old community and guess what was the answer - "we are so sorry, but we are not forgot about yalls its just that the new players needs some love" ig that old players dont need the love
