Also at night don't do normal push ups. Go down till your chest touches the ground, NOT BOUNCE, just a touch. With sit ups go up passed your legs, meaning sit with them open so you can pass in between them. It helps out a lot. Also on bunk beds you can do slanted pull ups. They're harder than you think. Hope you see these before you ship out. Also remember you have common sense. Don't be like the others and toss it out once your MTI starts yelling. Best of luck man. "Can't stop the Rock."

Sorry about the delay; anyway I had signed for SERE which in comparison to PJ and CCT is much easier. For pull ups, you'll have access to a piece of 1x4 I think it is or 2x4 don't know the detentions exactly. You'll use them to line up shoes during your time cleaning. Though we used them for pull up bars in the bathroom. You have a person on each side hold it down as you do your pulls ups. You can also use the clothes bags with it to act like a "log lift". Do some every other night.
Thanks for the support Lynch, basic sucked as far as working out goes. A lot of people were getting chin splints for running so slow and in the concrete and we could barely workout a nice amount at a time, it would have to be 50 pushups here 50 ushups there but oh well.
