against one of the most track focused cars in the world with a

correct he was airlifted by helicopter to the hospital and the Porsche-

In Denmark a new law would have meant confiscation of the Porsche and sold on auction.

For in cases like these I think its warranted but for onlu speeding I think its way to harsh.

In a case like in this video would be justified to take away the car, but for speeding it's way to harsh. Ban me from driving, but don't take away my car because IT'S MY CAR!

I'd guess for UA-cam monetization conformity (no display of physical violence?) unless the autorities censored it themselves to prevent video evidence of the physical altercation.
Those punishments are out of proportions, like stated otherwhere, in Denmark this car will be seized by the authorities, and sold. And the driver would loose his license for at least 6 years, and get min. two years behind bars, and a considerable fine. Nothing less, which is appropiate for such a violation, putting a lot of lives in danger.
How can he act like that with a dream car…. Enjoy your every second man not like this.

Risken är stor att han även blir av med bilen. Förutom de andra straffen han får.
Försäkringen lär inte gälla vid grov vårdslöshet med lite otur. Men bilen är inte skrot segt med airbag som löst ut osv dock. Clear carbon huven verkat ha klara sig iallafall 👌 Polisen kan nog inte destruera bilen efter en sån här grej men upprepar det sig så blir det möjligen problem att äga bilen.
Sant, finns inte en försäkring i världen som gäller om du sticker från polisen. Klart han inte ska ha några pengar, hoppas bilen blev skrot.

I possibly pee'd a bit when the moto cop hit those train tracks at 198kph. I live in America so most moto things here not all but must are only using rear wheel so luckily they crash quickly or do something else equally stupid. we use big heavy police bikes that are the worst and opposite of what they should be to do law enforcement. I would like to state to police this this while noble chasing anyone on a moto unless they are a murderer is not worth it. moto police shouldn't risk death on something that cant be unsteadied or are more likely to result in crashes more by other drivers road conditions and by no fault of their own. that is crazy to me. I respect them hugely but hell no!! do people, even gt3rs owners realize even if they get away there are cameras everywhere that capture plates and stupid people using cellphones and think its a good idea to involve themselves in a chase. the only gt3rs in America that runs from police is 99% STOLEN!!! great video friend I hope you are well. cheers
Interesting thing right after he left the police at gunpoint ha passed a spike strip. So all that driving after gunpoint was with a four wheel tyre puncture. Incredible he came so far with puncture on all four tyres.

No, contrary to popular opinion, in the US they would not do a “magazine dump on him.” They would not even use pepper spray spray the way the Swedish police did. They would only use pepper spray if it was justified (I.e. resisting arrest.

Man hätte ihn lange gejagt und Nagelgurte in den Weg gelegt, bis der Porsche technisch nicht mehr schneller sein kann, dann hätte man ihn mit 4 Polizeiautos brutalst von der Straße geboxt und schließlich mit 9 mm großen Löchern versehen. Wenn er das trotzdem alles überlebt hätte, hätten sich mindestens 6 Polizisten auf ihn gestürzt und ihn unter massiver Gewalt aus dem Wrack gezogen, während sie ihm dabei seine " Rechte" vorgelesen hätten.
He was resisting arrest. Its blurred but he was fighting the officers. I doubt american cops would do nothing if someone was fighting with them, since they like to use force at people that are NOT fighting.

Not a "regular Volvo" I can assure you. Volvo has a very close relationship with Volvo Performance Vehicles and also, police drivers of these vehicles are taught by professional drivers and also, Volvo had a VERY HIGH SPEED test track outside Gothenburg where on can drive!

Police got air lifted with ambulance helicopter ... for a broken finger lol ;) That is just ridiculous , but it could be that it was a bad break of the finger... When I did spin out on tarmac with my dirbike and broke a finger and the clutch handle I did drive without clutch and a broken finger on my motorcycle home trough a major city, and later did drive with the broken finger to the hospital on the same bike (after replacing the clutch handle). Hospital splined the finger together with the finger next to it and said it would heal by itself like that.

@@MandPman9 You cant send someone a ticket in the mail since you have to know who is driving. Sending a ticket to the owner of the car does nothing since he can just deny. Owning a car isn't a crime.

Why all these chases end up that lame? Driving through all that traffic like a pro driver then it crashes into single van without anyone on the road.
