The car was rented so my guess it’s a E63s, those type of people always rent those kind of cars here (AUDI RS whatever, Golf GTI etc) and the car chasing is the Dutch police in the new Audi A6 Avant so yeah it can keep up (sort of sort of)

However in the video you dont even hear once the exhaust sound of the AMG 63s which you could have definitly heard if it was an E63. the E63 would have pulled away effortesly long time ago from the audi, but the audi manages to keep up. So i think its most probably a Mercedes E300 diesel with amg rear diffuser

I can assure you that these A6 Diesels are far from stock. Delivered by the dutch VAG import group called 'PON Automobiles', they receive a special treatment which makes them far from stock, including tuning. There are no official numbers, the dutch police force won't give them out but rumors are, they have around 900Nm of torque, hence why they have no issue following the E63 AMG, especially in urban environments. The process of getting a drivers license in Germany or the Netherlands is not comparable to the US. For example in Germany it will cost around 2000-3000€ (which for many people is a monthly wage), it will be time intensive since you will have to go to your driving school and visit 12 classes, each taking 90 minutes before you can take the theoretical exam. You will also have to pass multiple simulation exams before your driving school will register you for the real exam. Last but not least you will have to drive with an instructor for at least 30 times for 45min at different times and on different roads before you can take the final practical exam.
those A6's are scary, and are absolutely not stock! The police orders them on special request, and along with being locked in Sport+ mode, they are tuned and(even though there are no official numbers) are believed to run 380+ HP. Believe me, they outrun a 370HP '05 Ford Focus RS. Been there, done that, got the fines.

Not a real amg, 330hp e400 with 63 bodykit I think, there are some parts of the video where you can see how the benz struggled to pull away from the heavy 286hp audi (3:52), the 612hp e63s would pretty much left the audi like it was standing still, with the distinguish 4.0 v8 sound, wich you can’t hear in the video too

Police in the Netherlands have a lot of training and rules, a lot of things you see in the US you will never see in the Netherlands. There are rules for example when to hit a car, if there are people around or it's at a high speed it isn't allowed. In this video the driver get away because it was to dangerous to follow him with all the trafic, that's why he keeps telling the speed and how busy it was.
I would fall short of calling the Merc driver good. Only a idout throws away regards for every one else around him and takes high risks trying to save his or her arse from getting arrested not just risking their own lives , but the chasing officers and anybody else that may have gotten in the way. I was not suprised to hear it was an Hire car lots are. Young guys Hire them out trying to impress other and it is not cheap something like 500 + Euro's .there was a Documentry on TV here in Germany were they uncovered that some of the Hire companies were run through criminal groups using fake company listing and address's. Its a 50 TDI 286hp. It could be remapped to 350hp, but the police said they are being kept stock back when they purchased those. The previous A6 C7.5 3.0 TDI 272hp was stage 1 remapped though.
@gtboard i did not notice that. My 535d f10 stage 1 362hp was even quick as Audi s5 b9 with 350hp light weight compared with this Audi A6. Mine was around 12s 100 to 200km/h and once a friend of mine was behind me with his 460hp M240i 8.5s car. The moment he had enough space to surpas me. I’m not so sure this is an E63S. I own one and have driven it for two years now. It’s a rocket, even on city roads it would have pulled HARD away from these cops. On the highway it would be a memory in seconds. I believe this car has a kit on it, the fenders are a huge giveaway.

Something went wrong. Different btw 650 hp and 300 hp and almost 2 liters from engine and Audi went so strong! And the end of that video on autobahn AMG went fast and police lost him, but for the City 300 hp more than enough. The Audi A6 55 tdi is 340+ hp, not 286. Accelerations are consistent with 286hp. It's not a e63amg based on accelerations on highway, just a common e class with some body kit. Nice chase anyway.
The traffic awareness in Germany is just next level.. ..nothing in the U.S. compares to how people move over from the left lane for emergency vehicles there. I want to travel to Germany and drive there.

That not a E63, check at 00:15 you can see the car movement when the higher gear is engaged, it goes from 1th gear to 2d gear quickly, its a diesel engine.

Power is nothing without control, police get a special and proper driverstraining, driving a hi torq 700nm v6 tdi 4wd, these AMG guys are only boulevard cruisers in a rental AMG, with limited max speed.

Even if it's an AMG it's not the perfomance S model, it's just an E63 not the E63s. You can tell by the quad exhoust pipes, the S version has two pipes with two in each of those.
The police must be able to anticipate well, that is why distance is a crucial moment in a chase and it does not matter how many horsepower are involved on the highway ! On country roads where there is a lot of nuisance from ATM bombings and drug couriers, the distance will be much shorter because of the number of escape routes !

@@gtboard police vehicles and law enforcement vehicles are tuned differently compared to stock OEM civillian models, that A6 was or is probably pushing 300+HP with monstrous torque hence the reason why its catching up on side roads but near the end when the E63 hit the main motorway then it flexed its Twin Turbo V8

The traitor was himself as he had rented the car so with knowing the plates it was easy to find out who drove it, at least who was responsible for the car. Cops only stopped the chase because of safety for others. Also the police audi's here can even keep up with Lambos. They are far from standerd cars. I cheered for the guy as well as his license will be gone for some years and he is facing Thausands of euros in fines. He also will undergo a psycholical test and a test to see if he is capable to have a license at all. Audi is a A6 3.0 v6 biturbo diesel, whit mods police dont give the hp numbers but its a lot more from stock, the netherlands have like 25 of this cars, also the car is verry heavy and loaded whit equipement, its a beast of a car, they took the diesel also because it can chase fast cars, and just wait before the fuel runs out.

It did 250 km7h on the highway pretty easy and quad exhaust of course its an E63S, it is by nit means slow.

It is common here in the netherlands that people rent high performance cars in germany and drive in The Netherlands. Also, the car accelerates at a very high speed multiple times. I dont know which 300hp mercedes can do that, but if that were true than the car would not dissappear that quick from the cops if they have the same power. Police in the Netherlands have a lot of training and rules, a lot of things you see in the US you will never see in the Netherlands. There are rules for example when to hit a car, if there are people around or it's at a high speed it isn't allowed. In this video the driver get away because it was to dangerous to follow him with all the trafic, that's why he keeps telling the speed and how busy it was.

I would fall short of calling the Merc driver good. Only a idout throws away regards for every one else around him and takes high risks trying to save his or her arse from getting arrested not just risking their own lives , but the chasing officers and anybody else that may have gotten in the way. I was not suprised to hear it was an Hire car lots are. Its a 50 TDI 286hp. It could be remapped to 350hp, but the police said they are being kept stock back when they purchased those. The previous A6 C7.5 3.0 TDI 272hp was stage 1 remapped though.

Mine was around 12s 100 to 200km/h and once a friend of mine was behind me with his 460hp M240i 8.5s car. The moment he had enough space to surpas me. And the end of that video on autobahn AMG went fast and police lost him, but for the City 300 hp more than enough. That not a E63, check at 00:15 you can see the car movement when the higher gear is engaged, it goes from 1th gear to 2d gear quickly, its a diesel engine.

No shotgun style sounds associated with them in this vid and no way should the Popo be able to keep up from slow speeds on acceleration. Dude, as it seems you have no clue about drivers and cars. It is already confirmed by the rental company that it was a real E63 and the driver sucks. He hardly could control it. The traitor was himself as he had rented the car so with knowing the plates it was easy to find out who drove it, at least who was responsible for the car. Cops only stopped the chase because of safety for others. Also the police audi's here can even keep up with Lambos. They are far from standerd cars. I cheered for the guy as well as his license will be gone for some years and he is facing Thausands of euros in fines. He also will undergo a psycholical test and a test to see if he is capable to have a license at all. The Merc was restricted to 250 kmh btw. and in the Netherlands you hardly reach such speeds on day time. This was a moran first class and stupid as hell

Audi is a A6 3.0 v6 biturbo diesel, whit mods police dont give the hp numbers but its a lot more from stock, the netherlands have like 25 of this cars, also the car is verry heavy and loaded whit equipement, its a beast of a car, they took the diesel also because it can chase fast cars, and just wait before the fuel runs out.
