-No person hurt and no car or property damage.
-No active attempts to try to stop the car because of no major crime involved
-Arrest was made and court decision was made.
-One month jail time was decided for gross recklessness in traffic
and driving under the influence of drugs

They sound so calm
Without knowing what crimes may have been committed, if any, police have the difficult task of deciding on appropriate response. All too often it is petty driving offences for which there is no death sentence,for any party, innocent or otherwise. Even when serious crime is known, response must be appropriate and should not endanger innocent bystanders. None of us would want a relative killed by driver or chasing police no matter what the driver had done would we? Appropriate response is the sign of a well-trained officer, tempting though it may be to do it US style!

1 month of free foods and drinks. That's what you get if you running out from the police? Speeding, dangerous driving, drugs, refusing stop and staffs is OK? Who is in the charge at that Court. His father? This driver will do it again! Even for fun!
