If you have combination/oily acne prone skin try Foxtale green tea and niacinamide moisturizer gel and for dark circles use eye bliss under eye cream this product works great for under eyes dark circles.

No don’t use them together. Use vitamin c and retinol in alternative nights. Hyaluronic acid is fine.
