Never seen Killian actually on the ground after a race. Usually at the finish he looks as good as when he started. And the gal from Kenya was just amazing.
The footage of trail racing that the GTS team are able to provide is amazing. There's nothing ekse like it. So thankful for the team, and the commentary too. Congrats to the racers. Philemon pushed Kilian right to the line. Amazing
What a finish. Great race. The usually excellent coverage was a bit patchy this time with a bit of confusion from the positions and changing in cameras. Neverthess great commentary as always. Thanks!!
Just wow, what a race!!! Killian's challenge and finish was amazing and then JOYLINE just wow. Best race ever (maybe this and of course the Unbreakable WSER.. which was also Killian). So good!!!
What an incredible race. It was amazing to see Kilian push through at the end. The excitement was intense. And Joyline was absolutely outstanding. I never thought she would hold on all the way; it was truly fantastic. It’s going to be so exciting to follow her in the future. A big thanks to Golden Trail for an entertaining and very inspiring race.
Not sure why the chat was so shocked that the runner had lost 30kg. It's only 66lbs. How is that shocking in 1.5 years? Or do people not know weights or something? Kinda ridiculous the chat comments.
It’s not just that lost the weight in 1.5 years but that she did it and came to win this race while doing just so. She had not raced since high school. One day she got inspired, and today she won one of the most competitive trail races in the world, all in a 1.5 years ?!! It is amazing and truly unheard of. Hope she gets sponsored because, this means she is just getting started and greater things will happen to her.
She ran two races in the Kenyan cross-country championships earlier this year which can also be seen on youtube (she wears a yellow shirt). I think he just wanted to tell a good story and a 15th place in the 2k race wasn’t good enough..
Not to mention his surprise and shaming of the woman that won regarding her weight & how she’s surprised everyone just because he’d never heard of her.
Live production of trail running is in its infancy. The sport itself, is still mostly a niche sport and these guys are doing the best they can with what they have (which is awesome) I came here after watching the Olympic marathon coverage and that was horrendous.
This was such an amazing race! great cameramen and commentator!

Her name is Joyline😊

Jim Walmsley holds the course record at WSER

Great race!!! I enjoyed it a lot!!!

Best race ever, move aside Olympics 💪🔥
What wonderful day being in the alps today! Zonal was hot and not only due to summer!
The commentator is the real victor
Best race ever...
Dang lion got in the way of Philemon. He wasn't going to catch Killian, but stay out of the way!!😃
Well done Scout
Amazing race
Aitken- Adkin, Sierra- Sierre
Greatest race finish ever.....and we could barely see it...lets sort out the coverage

what's the music at the end? 3:47:04.
The more ads you have on vids the more you drive away, then sheer volume of ads per vid is ridiculous, are ye really that hard up for cash?

@@grs764 Read the other comments. People are acting like she lost 200lbs or something. Ridiculous. Hearing it once was interesting, 10x, tiring....

Enough of the Joyline Chepngeno losing 30 kgs. Apparently the commentator just memorized this fact.
The transmission was horrible. The action was in the male race and they only passed the women's race.
I didn't think your coverage of the women's race could get worse. But here we are. Horrible.
For me it was fine, only really cared about mens race anyhow. And I would argue that is true for most (even if they dont wanna publicly admit to it 😂)
Not to mention his surprise and shaming of the woman that won regarding her weight & how she’s surprised everyone just because he’d never heard of her.
I was only here for the women's race 🙋🏼♀️
Sorry, but it was nowhere near as interesting as men’s race this time. Sometimes it’s vice versa, but not this time.
@@fidruit wasn’t shaming, he was literally repeatedly praising her saying how amazing her story was
Kilian it's the Best trail runner💪💪💪👍👍👍👌👊
The commentator needs to shut up now and then!
Nah the commentator is awesome
The commentator is awesome.
Yep, the commentary sucked, the amount of times he got his facts wrong was ridiculous.

@@rashon420the way the camera people keep filming is amazing; they are superb athletes as well
