Oreo Cheesecake 🍰😋 For Every Occasion!

Did you know that Oreo has been around for 112 years?! This classic cookie is a favorite of many and if you’re an Oreo lover or know someone who is, this recipe is for you! 💕
In this baked cheesecake, you'll find Oreo in the crust, the cheesecake filling, sprinkled on top AND decorated with the whole cookie itself! There's no such thing as too much OREO ;)
Ingredients:
- Oreo cookies "Family Size" package (45 cookies)
- cream cheese 3 packs/24oz (680g)
- white sugar 1 cup (120g)
- eggs 4 (3 whole, 1 yolk)
- sour cream 1/2 cup (120g)
- unsalted butter 1/2 cup (68g)
- vanilla 2 tsp (8.6g)
- salt (a pinch)
whipped cream:
- heavy whipping cream 1 cup (240g)
- powered sugar 1/2 cup (50g)
- vanilla 1 tsp (4.3g)
