Cha Siu 叉燒 Cantonese BBQ Pork 😋 Oven Roasted with No Food Coloring! Perfect for Chinese New Year! 🧧🎊
Cha Siu 叉燒 is a Cantonese styled bbq pork marinated in a sweet & savory sauce. With Chinese New Year coming up, cha siu is the perfect dish to make for the celebration! It’s roasted until it becomes tender and caramelized with delicious charred edges. The charred end pieces are always the best 😉 They’re also known for their vibrant red color. Instead of using artificial food coloring, I’ve used fermented red bean curd in this recipe. I hope you enjoy the video! If you’ve tried this recipe, please drop me a comment. I would love to hear from you! 😊💕
