Unfortunately we lost in 3 sets to World Number 12 but we played a lot better than in Thailand and still believe in everything we’ve said in this video (and so do many other players we’ve spoken to!) As we said, it’s all about the small & continuous improvements 📈 Stay tuned for another vlog next week and in the meantime, let us know if you have any other methods you use to go from losing to winning! 😁

i watched your match you guys played great....keep up the great work and videos you guys keep posting. it definitely helped me a lot on the mental side of the game. i played in my first ever amateur tournament in taipei this april at the age of 41 I signed up for 2 events mens doubles and mixed doubles. so nervious i had no clue how to handle all that but watching your old video helped but still lost first round in mens doubles but managed to make through 1 round in the mixed...

The mixed doubles game has changed so much in the last few years since it is now way faster than before. I can see that interceptions play in the front to mid court area by the female partner is key to winning matches. With Jenny's height advantage I think adopting these style of play will bring more success for you guys in the future.Good luck!!

That's exactly the video I needed. I played a tourney last weekend and yesterday I faced two opponents I akready played against last year. I trained SO hard ... just to lose again. To be fair, it was my 5th day of Badminton but it's still kinda sad. I feel like the mental aspect is huge, even at a very low level of Badminton. Do you have any advice for that? I'm personally very bad at nit ruminating about results or knowing what went good/bad in a match bc my mind is so occupied. What do you do to stay clear headed?

Today I lost a tournament . And I am not feeling well.
It's just I lost the opportunity to play at national level. What makes me sad is that next year I won't be here so I won't be able to play and win.
    Although
    I am a good player.
I belive on my tactics and game but I don't know what happened to me today I wasn't able to perform naturally .
I lost the single firstly , I collected myself but my wrist injury wasn't helping me out so I lost doubles too and now everyone's putting the blame on me.
I am just so guilty and I really don't know what to do..
    This feeling sucks.
I really worked too hard for this tournament
