My favourite FLGS! www.ehgaming.com/ - Навчання та стиль
state of those hands as the video goes on 🤣
We had multiple accidents with blocked paint tubes hahaha
@@MSPaints F for my table, shirts, pants, carpet, a refrigerator door,
Great idea! Bill Making Stuff has made a similar video making tabletop biodome terrain as well!
Loving this new show on Warhammer+. Love the music at the end but needs more models weighing and more Hector.
Thanks mate there’s an episode coming up where we arrest a guy in an airport for travelling with a safe and useful hobby knife instead of a citadel one. Real barn burner.
The only UA-camr where I am always happy to watch the sponsor section. Tony and his perpetual forward motion always make me smile :)
"Bill making stuff" did a video like this! except he made the domes enclosed, adding doors and tubes.
Yeah Bill's looked amazing....so do these.
I like this unique terrain idea. At least I never saw this biodome concept done by other makers. And now I want to rewatch Bio-Dome (1996). :D
"The dome has been planted. Repeat, the dome has been planted!" "Rush B!!!" (One movie is Silent Running. It has large domes IN SPAAAAAAAAAAAAAACE!
Haha! I literally just cut out a silent running joke in the intro before I uploaded! Shoulda left it in!
@@MSPaints it's a silent joke and in space noone can hear us laugh! Only the inner circle knows of this. It's good as it is! 8)
This was ace Dave. Bring on plants/esoteric terrain. Down with generic ruins!
I continue to love that led bar above those seats!!!!
And if they don't work as bio domes, you'll have some of the funkiest Christmas balls next winter 😁
My christmas balls are always funky!
@@MSPaints 🤣🤣🤣
Genius I have a load of bad plastic plants and now I know what to do with them!
I did something similar to this with the help of my local pet shop and the cheap aquatic plant decorations they had. I only used one very large transparent salad bowl I had from God knows where, and the end result was a very cool biodome-type thing. I also had to paint the plants due to the abrasive colors being too, well, abrasive, and again it worked out really well. Aquarium decorations are the secret gold mine of miniature terrain IMO. Cheap, easy, and just the right size with minimum work. Win-win.
I love the Dick Dastardly and Muttley figures.
Thanks for this idea buddy I just made a couple for my table and will be making a few more in the future.
Nice! Glad to see some folks getting some use out of this video!
Simple and effective. The best kind of hobby terrain
In the grim darkness of the far future there are terrariums. They spruce it up and tie the room together.
Reminds me of StarCraft desert maps. Getting some backwater world lictor action vibes
Edit: can you tell me the diameter?
"Smells gooood" nuff said
"That I can tentatively link it to" - genius.
Haha! United under one hobby!
I love these cheap terrain videos they are so informative. Do you have any ideas on making cheap and clean sci-fi buidings terrain (like tau)? These domes would look great with them, Thank you!
Viva los Biodome! Lovely little additions to any gaming table or hobby shelf. Will certainly look at making a few of these. Great work my friend 🐻
Great job on them Dave.
Without the domes they'd make brilliant "Death World" jungle terrain too.
Digging the dastardly fellow and his mutt from crooked dice. Need to paint mine
This is awesome, I drink a lot of coffee so I dry it out when used bake it in the oven 200c for 10 mins and boom ground cover :)
I love this project. I will be doing this when Walmart puts out Christmas stuff next.
(US joke, because it seems like Walmart puts out Christmas stuff earlier and earlier every year)
Awesome video! I looked into my junk pile and saw I had all the materials to make some of these so I know have a weekend project.
Nice!!! Enjoy!
Is that Dick Dasterdly and Muttley from Wacky Races? Cartoon races apparently weren’t paying the bills, so it looks like they got into some galactic smuggling and war crimes.
Yeah they hustling real hard with interstellar organ smuggling!
I love these. Nice and not too complicated.
Also hilarious what available website URLs you continue to find on the squarespace bit 😄
also Bill Making Stuff did this a couple of weeks ago. theres that
Love it. The misting up of clear was a timely little hint as I'm wanting to dirt up some broken glass for a scratch build Tudor style building section so, thanks for the golden tip👍. Great video, as always mate. Keep em coming 😃
Really nice I'm going to take the idea over to my star wars legion board and make luke sky walker's home world with the dome house and sand dunes. And use your idea and have them spaced out as tho the ship in water tanks to water the plants to sell to the high Royals of the star wars universe to the highest bidder lol
I should be getting ready for a night shift but then this popped up. Opps!😂😂😂
Verry inspiring and quick terrain. Thank you.
Nice work, they look great
That's so cool!
Those look awesome 🎉
Love these. I've made very similar plant scatter, before, but never sci-fied them up, with domes and such. Fun build, and yours came out super nice
This was exactly what I wanted to use a spare set of these Christmas half shells for. Thank you, you solved all the stuff I wasn’t sure about, how to do. 👍
fantastic video. inspired, cheap and great looking terrain.
Cool idea
Dave, what a bloody amazing idea! Thank you for sharing. Best Wishes Johnny
Love these. Gonna be doing some myself! Great idea :)
Finally some Respite
Genius Idea!!!!
Awesome vid mate keep up the good work!
I wanted to try something like this recently but ornament half's never occurred to me, Great idea and video. Love it
Nice one!
Very Nice
Great job! Love the work you do!. I think "Bill makes Stuff" did something similar.
those are great looking can't believe I didn't think of using plastic fish tank plants like that
These are a nice breath of fresh air on a gaming table. Nice and different to the traditional gothic ruin or barricades.
7:45. Won't just leaving it on the shelf and letting the aging process do it's thing for a few weeks also work,
Silent running, it's in space but they have Bio domes....... These will be awsome for 15mm and smaller... Hell going to have to buy some now.......
Nice
These are megaaaaa!
This is a good idea. Funny though as I went to the dollar store (pound shop) today and brought home 2 small plastic domes. They're similar to a bell jar without the nub on top.
"The domes are stuck in place and can't be removed! Drat, drat, and double drat!" -Richard Dastardly, space pirate
You ever considered making a greenhouse out of those clear plastic containers florists put corsages in?
Real nice of you to trade with baby bear
Very Kurt Russel Soldier feel awesome
These would be and epic add to my necromunda ash wastes games.
Nomads gotts eat...
Yeah! They fit in any environment or table!
Your videos get weirder as you progress,
Comment: ❤👍👍👍👍👍
These look great! What size baubles did you use?
the film Silent Running has them - biiiiiiig ones.
👍👍
Alright people, stay with the group and remember here at the bio we're dependent on keeping homo's balanced within the system!
Okay, is it just me, or does Tony D look like a muppet version of the Angry Video Game Nerd?
These are mint, well more like shrubbery...
Look out fam, gat over the fireplace.
"They're in a lot of films that I can't name off the top of my head" How could you not remember the film "Biodome" Dave? lol.
How did I miss the Dick Dastardly and Muttley figs in your Stargrave crew from the last video? Where did you get them?
I hope the perpetual forward motion never ennnnnndddsss!!!
Wait...
New profession = GW only hands?
Can this be converted to Battletech Scale? 6mm, 1/265, 1/285, Z-Scale?
Yes, say they're bigger domes and put smaller plants in them to scale it
what, no Pauly Shore reference?
Algorithm comment FTW! keep up the amazing work!
Thanks bud!
Sooo Silent Running. Nice work.
EPA EPA
Amazing job by the GW team recreating your set. Great to see the profits from those overpriced books printed in China being put to good use.
But for reals - love the cracked domes. Looks like feral plant life busting out to freedom. Super sci-fi!
Awesome video! very inspiring I want to try making these for games of Infinity.
