Can't Fill the Gas Tank on a 2019 Hyundai

Ron Ananian The Car Doctor™ is in the shop looking at a problem filling the gas tank of a 2019 Hyundai, where the fuel pump keeps clicking off during refueling. This issue is often related to the vehicle's evaporative emission control system (EVAP) and venting issues.
Initial Inspection
Ron begins by examining the vapor vent valve and the fuel neck assembly to identify the source of the problem. He disconnects the vent line from the fuel tank and fills the tank to check for proper operation. The system fills correctly, indicating that the issue lies elsewhere.
Pressure Issues
Ron compares the situation to filling a gas can with a finger over the vent hole, which causes pressure to build up and prevents the flow of fuel. To get a clearer view, he removes the fuel neck assembly for a thorough inspection, looking for any obstructions.
Upon inspection, a small spider is found creating a web inside the vent area, which was causing the blockage. It just goes to show that sometimes the issue may not be mechanical. In this case, it was a bug!
