OMG - THANKYOU. I watched the first 3 minutes wondering when you were going to mention subdata sheets and whether you would do so at all. Then I got to about 5:40 and *BANG* there it is and everything before it suddenly made sense. I'm studying this stuff for a class and the manual makes an ABSOLUTE meal of explaining this concept which you summed up fantastically in about 10 steps (must be fantastic, I got it, me not bright) - thanks again!
I have question, I am using ms access 2010 and I created a form which is generate the customer order the details indicates are customer name, customer address, customer number which is I made that to other table, and the other tables I made are date order, date of delivery, Item description, qty, unit price and the total in one form only any suggestions on how to get that value in one form only.
How would you be able to export the information of sub datasheets with the main sheet to excel. I have tried but what I got is just all the main sheets where the subdatasheets are not shown

Hi I still use access 2003 , but is this functionality possible in access 2003 or only in access 2007.
How do you delete the subdatasheet?
