I saw this in person. It was the first and last time I will be able to go to Dayton Ohio with my school. But seeing independent open world and world groups in person was so amazing and a large amount of memories I will cherish forever. This show was on the top 10 best shows that I saw that year.
As I understand it, the idea is that Mr. Man in the back is the leader of some kinda cult and the front ensemble are his Disciples. The battery are all prospective members going through the ceremony to become new disciples.
Doesn’t go with the uniform 🤷🏻♂️ plenty of ensembles have marched barefoot in the past. I actually marched barefoot for indoor in 2014. Ngl it’s not my favorite 😬
@@mantistoboggan2599Wrestling shoes work very, very well for the indoor floors (marched a line in 2016). We used Adidas wrestling shoes since they don't wreck the printed floors. CI was the 'sister-organization' for MCM around that time, since most of the CI folks on staff were former MCM and since many members of CI went forward to march MCM. I actually marched on another quadline with MCM's center quad in this clip while in college. That was 2016. The amount of talent and education in this area is absurd. But yeah, barefoot's the only other alternative. I've done that before with other ensembles and it was not fun.
@@PepeTheJonkler I never had the privilege to march in wrestling shoes but I’ve heard good things. Better than the vibrams that RCC marched in for forever. Every indoor show I did was rather barefoot or just stick marching shoes
Such a underrated show

It's kind of like RCC 09 but instead of worshipping a Totem Pole they all worship this leader. Pretty sick show with sweet book.
Also the pit book isn't hella easy.
I’m not even entirely sure what this show is about but I dig it
