In DC the crazy character Lobo who is virtually immortal and can fight Superman has willpower so strong that the Green Lantern rings often fail against him and he likes to taunt Green Lanterns.
Freddy and Pennywise have to scare a person to have power over them and they are powerless against an opponent who does not fear them at all. With his off the charts willpower I think he would beat them. He is also super strong and durable and could probably beat up any version of Jason Vorhees.

The UA-cam host Danco often debates who would beat who between fictional characters and a while back he pitted Batman against a long list of horror monsters and one of them was Mike Myers. Batman beat them ALL.
How is this for a war? Pennywise, Freddy Kruger, Pinhead and whoever is the most powerful iteration of Jason Vorhees working together as a TEAM (how scary would that be??) and the other "team" of 4 "super beings" is DC's Phantom Stranger, DC's Doctor Fate, Marvel's Dr. Strange and Marvel's Venom?
I'd say for a fight Pinhead Vs. Dracula.
