Just to add lang, in exercising your due diligence as a buyer, you should always go to the Property Registry of Deeds and inquire about the property. Ask if the seller is actually the buyer, does it have encumbrances, or is it a subject of an on going litigation. There are so many cases of fraud in buying property in court, and since it’s your hard earned money, we should take extra necessary steps to ensure that what we are paying for is really worth it.
I love how they are realistic in choosing everything, like the house.

So interesting to see the differences in real estate procedures! In Ontario, Canada, one submits a purchase offer which is a legal document (fill-in-the-blanks) and the vendor has 24 hours to respond. Negotiations can follow regarding price, closing date, land survey, etc.

you guys really went all out with the #CokoroHaus. honestly the nicest big house I've seen in the philippines considering the trend in philippine' houses architecture/facade wise they all have the same look. the #cokorohaus looks like the ones enes (forgot the spelling of his name) from youtube tours around in american luxury houses.
Joni and I are so into architecture so we really wanted to take our time to build our dream home. I agree with what you said, so many of the houses in the PH look kinda similar. Usually modern industrial look. This is why Estudio Arkipelago really blew us away with the design they pitched. They really understood our design aesthetic 🤍
