Was super surprised to see the title! Going through unexplainable pains, recently came to know hyper mobility is the issue. and I really think I have ADHD. Though I m doing yoga since so long however there is soreness in the body most of the times. Haven’t found anything more resonating as much I did with this audio. Thanks a ton
I'm glad the title caught your attention! Dealing with hypermobility and ADHD can be tough. It's great you're doing yoga, even with the soreness. I'm happy this audio resonated with you. 🙂
My joints are stiffer now but i could bend my joints previously
Sorry to hear about your joints getting stiffer. That's tough. Maybe some gentle stretching could help? Hang in there!
Try collagen supplements and ginger/turmeric/black pepper combo. That’s what I use.
This is great. Thank you
You're very welcome! 😇
