I know I have Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD). Some of the hypermobile joints are obvious, other joints I do not know are hypermobile. Drs say don't hyper-extend your joints...but if you grew up with hypermobile joints....you don't know what is the normal range of motion. This video is concentrating on the back...but it would be helpful to know which joints in the back are actually possible to be hypermobile. Pls be aware viewers can NOT see what is written on the dry erase board.
High quality and very informative

How are you giving a presentation on hypermobility and the importance of core stabilisation strength and not be familiar with EDS?!
