Definitely the pesto! A friend of mine and I make pesto at the end of the growing season every year. We store in small jars in the freezer and have pesto all winter long. It’s a pretty close substitute for fresh. ❤️🌱🌱🌱
Thanks! If you’d like I can put your email on my list so I’ll let you know as soon as it’s out? You can email to bonjour@lasourcebourgogne.fr but I will share it here as well of course!

May I give you a tip? There is an easier way to cut all those cherry tomatoes. Wash and shake. Put a flat plate on top of them, and then holding them firmly with the plate, use your knife slicing sideways to cut all the tomatoes in half at once! So quick and easy! I saw this method on a youtube video and now use it daily! I'm sure you will like it. THanks for the delicious recipes! WHat a pretty and useful kitchen you have!
Oh thanks! It sounds like something I’d be to clumsy for but worth the try! Although I find cutting them one by one quite relaxing, like a meditation 😊
I eat an anti-inflammatory diet due to arthritis so I have to restrict grains and grain products to avoid pain and inflammation. I plan to purchase your book anyway. Looking forward to it.
Love every item of food you use so all 3 are appealing...sans Einhorn maybe because I don't know if I can get in Wisconsin...brown rice instead? First choice is #1...who doesn't love pesto pasta, asparagus and salad? Maybe add pistachio? Will email for order info. Thanks a bunch...😊😊😊

These look delicious! Eyeballing is a highly underrated cooking method, just sayin'. I noticed you have a large but fairly shallow kitchen sink, what made you decide on that style? Love your videos, always a great vibe.
Yum, I'd be happy to eat any of these recipes and will be having a go once each veg is in season. Looking forward to the cookbook. Will all recipes be vegetarian?

I decided to go with one that looks most like the kind of sink that would have been in an old farmhouse like this one originally.
Delicious dear Marloes
