I have been watching your videos daily since finding them. I don't want them to end. You are the bright spot in "my boring" life. Thank you for sharing.
I agree with Lisa's comment... No matter the content you always manage to present such relaxing videos. Your selection of music and you calming feline are just the right mood for a good nights sleep. I also I've your selection of doors. I also love the patterns of doors. A good video. Thank you.
Good morning from Wisconsin where we are staring at our 'last' winter blizzard with 3-4 inches of snow on the ground. Love the doors you've found, saved and plan to reuse. In mid-west usa...our door heaven is Chicago...salvaging the most beautiful and ornate old vintage doors is a life project
I love the latches on those doors. I was watching an episode of For the Love of Kitchens with the owners & employees of Devol Kitchens & they created latches very similar to those.
Absolutely love the mood board(s) - can't wait to see it all come together. Seeing the epic window/french doors being used and uncovered - just spectacular! Thank you Marloes as always.
Love love love the doors. Love your current rental, which is in the style of your home. I think from a marketing standpoint maybe you should go with your original idea of traditional French for a different feel. With all of your brocante luck you would have no problem outfitting it. It would be so fun to watch! You could even use a door for a headboard if you have extra. Loved the quick peek at your Pinterest idea board. Keep up the great work.
It is interesting hearing you long for Spring. Here in tropical Australia, I am longing for Winter. We have long, often humid Summers. By March we’ve had enough and long for Autumn, even though it only lasts about five minutes!
I love watching both your video and Olaf's as well -- because then I feel I have insider knowledge on that construction zone! Could those more traditional French doors go in the new cottage you are planning to build -- considering that you had them in mind for guests?
Your comment, 8:16, "After Winter, Spring" is also a good French movie. 14:30 I saw an armoire if you have 2 of those and a cabinet maker...did someone say Olav
Lovely collection of old doors Marloes. I’m sure you’ll find a use for all of them .. eventually 😁 I saw somewhere a pretty vintage door made into a coffee table, with glass on the top so you could see the intricate carving. Love the ride through the villages & delightful music. Thank you ❤
Really enjoyed this video you really have vision of what the look you are going to achieve and as ever it's going to look fabulous regards Lesley in anglesey 🙋👍
I think the dores are way bether then nowedays even in pyn because a honderd years aga the wood was wsy bether the now tjey grew slower so not like todays fast groing forrests for ikea for example. With cemicals and furtalysers poison 😢❤❤
I really enjoy all of your videos , content included. Lately you have been filming with a white foggish blur. The picture is not clear nor vivid. I’m kindly asking you to revert back to clarity. The reason is that it is very hard on the eyes
Also just to be sure, please check the video settings on the bottom right. Sometimes UA-cam lowers the quality of the video which makes it look blurry. You can set it back to HD to have a better quality.

Marloes, If you bleach the plaquard doors, this will turn out really charming and more modern. It will match your interior

If they are pitched pine you can get paint off with caustic soda. Slightly dangerous but if you prepare its 😮

Fully agree! The quality of new doors (the regular ones from the hardware stores) are horrible quality…

Thank you! I haven’t changed anything in how I film. It’s the light that hits the camera differently I guess…

No, that brown door did not look like your style at all.
