I watched your UCAT videos religiously before sitting UCAT for the second time and achieved 95th percentile allowing me to accept an offer into dentistry! Super helpful and concise content thanks heaps Emil
congrats emil on hitting 6k subscribers. Your videos are just so helpful and insightful to watch. I hope you continue making videos and your channel with blow up.
I am definitely not ahaha! I usually schedule in time to do mindless resting like watching youtube or TV shows and I also schedule in "healthy" breaks like meditation, practicing violin, exercise and seeing friends.
I find that things become habitual after around a month. That being said, I also find that some things are easier to make habitual than others. In regards to using your phone, I would say the 'real' habit is turning your phone off when starting work, rather than training yourself to not touch it.
I personally prefer clash royal. It's an easy and non addictive game that I've recently found and climbed to the top of but thanks anyway
I too am a clash royale enjoyer
‘Non-addictive’
I killed 26 people in Afghanistan (clash royale refrence)
Todoist is life changing! Thanks for all the advice as always❤

How long did it take for you to build a habit (eg. not touching your phone on "focus" mode while studying)?

By turning your phone off do you mean fully powering it off because I could never.😮 What thought process helps you follow through on that?
