Manor Lords is a strategy game that allows you to experience the life of a medieval lord. Grow your starting village into a bustling city, manage resources and production chains, and expand your lands through conquest.
Inspired by the art and architecture of late 14th century Franconia, Manor Lords prioritizes historical accuracy wherever possible, using it to inform gameplay mechanics and visuals alike. Common medieval tropes are avoided in favor of historical accuracy, in order to make the world feel more authentic, colorful, and believable.

Can't wait to play it! I love these types of games, settlement building and such.
Horses are used in the trading post (boost foreign trade speed). Mules are used in the barter post (allow to barter stuff between regions you own). Oxen are used to move timber and to plough fields if you have the heavy plough tech. It seems that hitching post and stable can hitch oxen and horses (up to 2).
Regardless of your premature content, I still am hooked on the content
And Brilliant job by the way on your combat thank you for reading our comments and taking our suggestions and putting your archers in the back Is also a glitch with a combat every now and then where the men will physically get stuck inside the building just keep an eye on that if it happens reload to your last save point

Maybe the horse moves things quicker? Or maybe it has a cart so you can move things from your other region quicker?

Winter is over now, no more Alaska this year.
Trying to run through minimal content you hamstrung yourself, you over built EVERYTHING overextending your worker's and to no efficiency, you didn't build the things to SUPPORT a thriving community, day 1 you hunt to support early essential buildings and then build long-term food support, the one good idea this episode was building another well which you never did. Enjoy the game so far.
