Make sure to join a team, a full team of 4 gives you +4 intelligence and they can share perks with you.
Glad you're playing this game. I played when it came out and although I didn't run into that many bugs at the time, the game didn't grab me and I left it. Now it's a lot more enjoyable with the world being inhabited with npc's, game is more estable and in general feels more polished.
Just a heads up if you equip concentrated fire under perception you can target body parts in vats.

Pick up desk fans, globes. You'll need them for screws later. If you come across weightlifting gear you can scrap for lead and make ammo.
Great advice ... I've just started my 3rd play through and just transferred all my scrap from my other characters for literally lead and screws haha.
Also Scott, pickup paint tins, tin cans, aluminium cans and jerry cans as well, they will give you lead and screws also.

If you go to settlers ridge you can find working power armor and a T-45 left with a equipable skin

Love seeing this .. Ive played daily sonce release and love the current state of the game. In early days, i played with friends because it made it a lot easier then. But now its entirely possible to play as a single player type game. I would advise joining a Casual Team, resting in a bed and when you get lunchboxes using them too, as those things will all increase your xp gained.
Keep up the awesome content and cant wait to see more of Fallout 76!!

Be good if you look around more and do the side missions because you missing out on so much content and stuff
ehh, players like him just doesnt care. I let people play the way they want to play. But if in the future he says something like "the story is not interesting enough" THEN I'll make a list of things he missed lol I dont even want him to read ALL terminals but my lord the way he sprinted from one place to another like his pants on fire or something. BUT he's a good entertainment as a PiP while I'm working. I'd like him to continue but if he doesn't, I'm not missing out anything either

If you do plan on playing for a while like about 4 to 5 days a week, Fallout 1st is definitely worth it but it’s not required at all.
That scrapbox makes life sooo much easier in terms of inventory management 😂

played all fallout games but not this one. not a fan of online games but it looks good.
Think of it as more co op pvp is optional and theirs rly no incentive to pvp so if u don't want to you never have to do it however if u have buddy's u wanna play with u can other then that think of it as just fallout 4 but with other dwellers running around
