My personal opinion is that you should play on the mode that provides you with the most joy. If you don't enjoy playing a game you're not going to enjoy making the content. If you want to bump it back down to normal, go right ahead, it's your channel. I'll be here with you either way.

So normal mode is too easy and hard mode is too...hard?
Either the balancing is poor or the person controlling it is fallible, it's both the games fault and the players, the character is too good for easy and not good enough for hard as it stands, the player is missing some shot types *slices* in his arsenal and the rage doesn't help, if any of you feel anger instead of joy while playing games then maybe games aren't what you should be doing, if anyone is pushed to rage and violence by breaking peripherals then use the time you'd be using playing to get in some good therapy and anger management classes.
But you don’t want it too easy tho, you want a challenge in a game, like whats the fun of playing someone like Alcaraz and destroying him as a new player 🤣, like that is just not realistic
@@jmax8095 I don't know, sometimes I just find it relaxing to run up the score by doing beautiful moves that I can't do on harder levels.
haha! now you sound just like me when I play the game. To be fair, we're talking about the ATP Finals. The best of the best. and your're still at level 15. At hard, you need some grinding. I'm at lvl 12 I stick to the ATP500 and 1000 to get my exp. It's actually fairly easy there. But once I run into a star player, hard becomes nearly impossible. But then again, that's what you should expect. Having said that, if you just want to get the grand slams and big events over and done with, its gotta be at normal difficulty if you plan to stay at lvl 15.
Play exhibition game on hard mode with two really good players. If that provides a more favorable outcome for you than you may just need to level up your character. He may be too good for normal and too bad for hard.

Im not a fun of laughing at people's frustrations so if you want to turn it down you should. Hearing you struggle is making the videos less enjoyable.

I recommend playing on normal and unlocked all your stuff.
Had the same, normal mode wayyyyy to easy when i was level 15. Switched it up to hard mode, great challenge to win a master around that level. But in a fun way!
Maybe try some slice shots.
When you’re playing on hard difficulty, if you’re not levelled up properly (you’re on 14/15 on this video), you need to make a note of your opponent’s strengths and weaknesses in order to have a chance. I’ve been playing on hard since level 1 and only now (level 23) can I consistently compete against star players on ATP1000 and above. You need to level up and level up your trainers too
Yeah the career mode in general wasn’t given much thought. I mean I get it it’s a tennis game they probably don’t expect it to sell that well in the first place. But it’s like they said here’s a career mode you’ll be at level 1 and everyone you play will be levels upon levels above you…..career mode done.

Normal 2k stuff: no offline career mode, stingy level up. I'm picking this up when it gets a serious discount; I've been a fan since OG Xbox but this is sad. At least the gameplay is good
Good move. It's fun to play, but there's so much 2K grubbiness in the game that really leaves a sour taste on everything.

My opinion bro if you try make power shots every time the ball go in you way literally you can’t make a good game at all, so try to use the power shot in specific moments and you’ll the difference trust me 👍🏾💪🏾
Please play the game how you have the most fun with it because it is more fun to watch imo and you progress faster. You’re level 15 atm and you’re going against level 30, so that’s another thing to factor in
Looks like you’re not moving up to the net when you have the chance
You are underperforming badly at the net because you are staying back just far enough that the shot becomes a half volley. You end up just pushing the ball over the net. If you moved just a step closer to the net, you'd be performing a proper volley and driving the ball deep.
Think you need to go back to the academy train more not to be rude or that but only way I think you’ll get better

Grind off screen in the lower difficulty to improve your myplayer. Save the hard difficulty for streaming only. Dont run into a wall just for views bro. All 2k games are pay to win. Start you off extremely outmatched to get you to buy in game currency. Save hard mode for when you are ready for it

They should add a Pro difficulty after normal difficulty.

man im glad its not just me. I don't understand but "hard" is WAY TOO HARD. I play the "real tennis" game play and I win almost every match 6-1, 6-0, or 6-2.6-1. So i decided to up the difficulty to Hard and bro I can barely even win a game, let alone a set. I don't understand it man. They have to nerf the hard setting or add an "intermediate" or something.

Something doesnt seem right that you are in the top 8 players but all the other players stats massively ahead of yours? So its a big uphill struggle from the off... doesnt seem balanced.
its because he played on normal for way too long, his character is nowhere near good enough for the tournaments and players he is playing against

But whats the point of watching him just destroy every top opponent like its too easy, you need to have some kind of challenge that makes it realistic,
you need to vary your shots more. speed up the play, slow it down, give yourself the chance to regain position and lead the play instead of constantly reacting to your opponent. Also try to stand still when your opponent hits the ball, because you are in movement he will be able to hit shots to counter your movement and put you on the wrong foot a lot of the time. Try to hit your first serves in the corners to get him running instantly, you have a second serve to go safe on, don't just serve to get the rally going.
Go ahead and turn it back to normal at least until you level up more. No shame

You should have leveled a bit more before going to hard. Going up against lvl 30 when you're 12-14 is never going to go well
I feel like we must remember that 2k created this game. We see how bad 2k NBA is. They just don't make it fair or realistic

If you feel this kind of rage and disappointment to failure, that pushes you to break things or bang things maybe stop?. Violence isn't a motivator, never has been. Drugs don't make you a better musician, anger doesn't make your comedy work. Either everyone and everything around you simply is crap orrrrrr and bare with me YOU are the common denominator. The game is rapacious and predatory, and highly imbalanced. Perhaps you haven't done the grind building and buying stats and buffs and coaches and houses and such that the devs force you to.
