Eddie was covering the Post Malone song Better Now in that little tag, and I think he surprised Post by doing that. He look genuinely surprised. Loved the reaction.
Post is a huge PJ fan..grunge fan..this was so sweet. I loved it. I am a PJ fanatic but have checked out Post Malone a bit lately. He did a great job and you could tell he was having a blast. This was a fundraiser for EB..an awful skin disease that affects a lot of kids and it raised over a million dollars.
May I ask what guitar you are using? I can’t recognise the brand but I am a noob to acoustic’s… I only have a middle of the range (full mahogany body)Takamine. Which I love.
I'm just using a low end Sigma in this video. It's my go to guitar for just playing around at home. I also play a Furch at gigs but they are only really in Europe I think.
@@DaveWildheart Nice. I’d never heard of Furch. I had to look them up… very nice! I didn’t want to say it but your sigma has similar tones (just not as deep) as my cheapish Takamine. I can see why you use it as a go to, when at home 👍
@@DaveWildheart Oh, I imagined that you probably did; and even if you didn't your probably still an alright guy. He..he. What a time for music, I can remember when Quiet Riot first got on the radio and G&R being sounds that were just different than anyone else, Grunge was of course just the same. Listening to Rush 2112 after school every day and listening to some of the licks that Alex was doing on 2 particular songs just haunted my bones with fuk yeah! His tone, sustain and bends are what made me mow lawns and buy my first guitar at 14, I still have my 3rd guitar to this day. It was the only one that I even played in front of people with. House parties and we did a couple of bars. Marriage and a kid and the ax found its way into the closet, and I sold the little gear that I had. Kids are grown and gone, the wife is just gone elsewhere (2nd best day of my life) bought a cheap little fender modeling amp, did a tear down, and deep clean plus some upgraded new pots and I am getting the stiff old fingers loose again after all this time.

Ahh nice one. Thanks for confirming that. It was definitely a lovely moment between the two of them. Thanks for watching!

Ahh that explains it. Must have been great that he got to play with his ideal. I need to check out more of Post Malone's Grunge covers!
Great moment. And review
Thank you!

Subscribed just from your intro song…
Haha, love it 😂
It’s a great intro. Double thumbs up. Pure gold
if you like alice in chains react to post malone on Howard stern covering “them bones” (he also did a nirvana cover concert during covid on yt)
oh and also Post did perform better man on Howard Stern and talks about why he loved that record.
Ohh nice, thanks for the heads up. I gotta check out both of them.
You haven’t listened enough if pj is 4😊
Post Malone couldn't sing his way out of a wet paper bag
Soundgarden isn't in your top 4 and you're a metal head?
He..he. Just yanking your chain, you can like whoever you choose without my permission.
Haha, I like them. Don't get me wrong!
