Its the islamic way of praying. There 5 daily prayers. (Fajr, zuhr, asr, maghrib and isha) yes its very powerful!

mam I am Rekha Antil. I saw your face it is not in a good condition. ❤ However, I will give my experience . ORGANIC products you should use mam . LIke Kama , Mamareath these products from India. Second for guts Helath you should take on Ambla ( gooseberry) 1 in the morning empty stomach one cup with warm water . You can grind according your choice. Thanks mam love you mam .

I wasn't always good at cooking, it took me almost 4 years to finally cook properly haha. im very grateful for my life but I promise your life is amazing, sometimes social media shows only the good times, I will try to show the hard moments as well on here to make you understand that im not perfect, nor is my life. If I met you, and got to see your life through a lens, im sure id love to be living your life as well. Never let social media make you feel like your life isn't good enough, you have so much purpose and potential and I believe in you. Sending you so much love❤❤❤

I was struggling with the hijab about 2 years ago (for a guy, I know dumb!) But when you decided to put your hijab on at the start of your journey, you have been hugely insirational to me! You seriously have no idea. At first i thought it was silly how much you influenced me, but now that i think about it it's not at all. You sent your message by example (whether you intended or not), and it has geniuenly made me accept my hijab again. Ive grown in so many healthy ways becuase if you that i now dont care as much abiut shallow things like appearances (tho that still matters!), i am now focused on inner growth and development and have submitted 2 applications to continue my graduate studies!! You have been the female role model i have lacked in my life, so thank you ❤❤

21. And of His signs is that He created for you mates from among yourselves, so that you may find tranquility in them; and He planted love and compassion between you. In this are signs for people who reflect.
22. And of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the diversity of your languages and colors. In this are signs for those who know.
23. And of His signs are your sleep by night and day, and your pursuit of His bounty. In this are signs for people who listen.
24. And of His signs is that He shows you the lightning, causing fear and hope. And He brings down water from the sky, and with it He revives the earth after it was dead. In this are signs for people who understand.
25. And of His signs is that the heaven and the earth stand at His disposal. And then, when He calls you out of the earth, you will emerge at once.
26. To Him belongs everyone in the heavens and the earth. All are submissive to Him.
27. It is He who initiates creation, and then repeats it, something easy for Him. His is the highest attribute, in the heavens and the earth. He is the Almighty, the Wise.
28. He illustrates an example for you, from your own selves: do you make your servants full partners in the wealth We have given you? Do you revere them as you revere one another? We thus explain the revelations for a people who understand.
29. Yet the wrongdoers follow their desires without knowledge. But who can guide whom Allah leaves astray? They will have no helpers.
30. So devote yourself to the religion of monotheism-the natural instinct Allah has instilled in mankind. There is no altering Allah’s creation. This is the true religion, but most people do not know.
31. Turning towards Him-and be conscious of Him, and perform the prayer, and do not be of the idolaters.
32. Of those who divided their religion, and became sects; each faction pleased with what they have.

salam Leana! i love your routine, especially bcs it’s very similar to mine lol (morning and evening !), after hitting a hard depression it really helped me get back up and seeing other people, especially a muslim sister, really inspires me to keep going al hamdulillah ! i was wondering if you could please also do a full Ramadan routine when the time comes in sha Allah ? bcs i am fairly new at the gym and healthy food prep lifestyle and i’m scared to not manage very well during Ramadan, so i’d love to see your routine to get inspired in sha Allah :) love you and thank you for reading all of this lol !
