I think my favorite part of these videos is you treating the workers to food. Ive gad to do a ton of manual labor in the Georgia Summer humid heat before. Being able to sit down with fresh food and a drink, and just cool down goes a long way.

Just to check in: If you're doing a home gym downstairs, you want to make sure you've got a full bathroom (it looks like that's in the plans, so good on you. A nearby bathroom with a shower is a good idea, because you'd be surprised how convenient that is), a small meal-prep area (not even a full kitchen, but counters, fridge and microwave are good enough), and ample supplies of first aid, just in case of accidents. With all the electronics AND a gym, I'd bet good money you've already considered most of that, but it's always good to make a checklist for every room's essentials before building takes place. Sounds like you've both started work on that list some time ago. Also, having worked with SOME A/V in the past, the angles could cause cross-feed if you're doing surround. Best options there are to get a lot of acoustic material to prevent unwanted noise from the system behind the viewing area. You also have to keep in mind how many people and where, which I'm sure you're ALSO keeping a keen eye on. The garage area looks sick, and that foyer/living area (whatever that ends up being) is gonna be gorgeous. There's so little better than getting to put your own special touch on your home. It's something that really feels good.
Well today I realized that not only have i never seen a tank-top with a pocket before, I'd never even considered the IDEA of a tank-top having a pocket. So thanks for that, I guess lol
