Also, the way you sang this cover does remind me a lot of Ado's with the varied voice ranges and such, and honestly, I respect anyone who can pull off such a thing.

They work very well to present the lesson that localization & matching the original feeling/intent of the work in your translation, especially in music, is often more important than translating lyrics as directly as possible. I was especially impressed by the "One ear right out the other 'cuz I haven't got all day" line. It's difficult to directly translate that line without removing the sorta accusatory tone and making the singer sound more passively bored, so opting for an indirect translation was perfect. You are criminally underrated - I hope that you never become discouraged from singing or become convinced to drop the unique charm of your translyrics.
