The home has a main bathroom the size of Texas! I'm very grateful Morrison Construction & the homeowners let me tour this brand new house. This home has 4 bedrooms(plus 2 big rooms upstairs) and 5.5 bathrooms and has roughly 5,200 sq ft heated and cooled. Let me know what you think about the video! Also let me mention the price building estimates I gave are based on the heated & cooled sq ft. However like I mentioned these are only estimates and mainly just my opinion based on what homes are being built for in this area!

Beautiful home! Disappointed that the panty and closers had wire racks and not wood racks. Master bath was Beautiful!

I thought the same but thats easily fixed. There were also a few weird places that would be perfect for built ins, like that spot in the master by the bathroom door.
@@charlier1977 true, easily fixed. And I have remedied this issue In a few of the homes we’ve lived in. But if I were paying for new construction, I think I’d want it already done.
I agree for such a fine home the wire racks are cheap!
Agree with this but some closet design can fix that fast. Also the mirrors in the master don't like that whole thing they good of made that look nicer.
This House is so beautiful I love the gorgeous hardwood floors and the attention to detail with the granite and cabinetry. My only disappointment is that there is no wooden shelving in the closets and pantry. I would expect that in a house of this caliber, especially since a lot of the mobile homes you have featured had wooden shelves in most of pantries.
That’s “Builder Grade” on site built homes. Even my 2000 sq ft modular in Western Pennsylvania had the wire shelves in the master closet. My “pantry” is laughable- only one tall cabinet. The home we sold, the pantry is what sold the house in 2 weeks listed. But, no room here regrettably for anything like that. One of the compromises when we chose this model. Manorwood “Pemberton” model.
I agree with you…. And no window in mstr closet…..all the moisture from showers, you’re gonna get a musty closet!

Favorite feature of this home is the master bath❤and the space upstairs. With 5,000 sq. ft., I'm surprised that there isn't a formal dining room. One that is separated with french doors would have been AWESOME! But, the home itself is beautiful 😍.
Homeowners must’ve been over the moon happy to be moving into such a gorgeous home! I’d give anything to have a home like this vs my three bedroom mobile home that needs so much work. Every time I turn around something else needs fixed or replaced!
Chase, you're going to have to come back and get me....I'm stuck in that amazing shower, sitting on that bench....I'm just dreamin'. So you might have to lead me out! Only thing I don't understand is why they used the gold pulls on the cabinets and drawers. With the stainless steel appliances and the silver faucets, I would have went with the silver pulls too. Otherwise, amazing house....or mansion!
@@tamielizabethallaway2413 I'm a "mostly" silver jewelry wearer. My wedding band is gold and I have a couple of pieces that have both yellow gold and white gold in them. Most of mine is what you might call boho style. Mixes of leather, corded, string bead, etc. I guess I was influenced by the hippy style. But I have never liked the gold fixtures for the same reason you gave. Thought they looked tacky. 🤷♀️
@@tamielizabethallaway2413 Locally if one is selling a house and you have gold like or brass fittings in the house they recommend you replace them. Just as you said, they look dated. They have recorded people when they are at an open house and most have made negative statements about the fixtures if goldish or brassy.
No matter the color, I would never have those types of pulls on anything as they constantly snag your pockets and aprons and as this lady had a locking closet for some of her clothing, I would suspect the last thing she wants is ripped out pockets.
@@gailrodgers3079 also with the torn jeans that are popular, they get caught on them too....I had told my husband, just yesterday, that I wanted the smooth, curved ones on our cabinets that he is building for me.

Beautiful house and definitely spacious! That kitchen is gorgeous except for the shelves in the pantry. The ceiling in the master bedroom is off the chain! The tub in the master bath completely won me over. That master bath is gorgeous to the 10th power!!! Thank you Mr Chance for sharing this beauty with us. Many blessings to you and your family.

I really liked that bathtub also. We have a garden tub & it’s useless. It would take an extra hot water heater to fill it up!🤦♀️ So, I have to take showers & when you’re older, that’s not comfortable & especially when it’s small. I imagined a nice inground pool outback, with a hot tub and a cabana. Definitely a game room and music room upstairs, beautiful space with the arched window. I love the full mirrors in the baths with the outlets with mirrored cover plates. The outlets in the walls of the garage were a nice touch, don't usually see that. And that extra garage bay would be perfect for a shop. I love the whole house! Great job with the tour!

Lovely house. Clearly the owners could afford other than wire racks. Makes me wonder why they were chosen. Could use a closet closer to front door. The master closet with the extra locks is to protect furs & jewels from burglers. It is not set up as a safe room. Somewhere there is likely to be a safe. Makes single wides and double wides look pretty humble. Thanks, Chance.
I think you are right about those locks. If they stored furs and such in that closet it should NEVER be off a humid bathroom.
Yeah I thought the entrance was weird it’s very narrow you couldn’t put like a bench or even a good table in there without it being awkward to get around
That was exactly my thoughts when I saw them.
By far the best home, mansion really I have seen on your channel, Chance. Great house for about 10 kids lol. I'm thinking with the little kids upstairs in classy bunk beds with the girls on one side and the boys on the other. Not sure if that's the best plan. It sure is massive. You would almost need a live-in housekeeper, house manager, butler or the like.

This is definitely my DREAM HOME!! 😍😍 So gorgeous!! However the only thing I’m disappointed about is that the pantry isn’t bigger and would be cool if it was a hidden pantry also.
😱 By the way you missed a door in each of the two big rooms on the second floor so now I’m curious as to what was behind those doors? 🤔🤔
He also missed a door in the master water closet. It had double doors. I'm guessing it was a linen closet though.

I'm stunned that they opted for wire racks in such a fancy home. They just look cheap and they're quite ugly.
I think that a lot of custom home builders presume that the buyer will customize the closets themselves.

I figure it must be the owner's preference. There are so many high-end finishes in this home, I doubt that the builder would "cheap out" on the closet shelves.

Ok I'm officially sold! The utility room was great. Loving it those gold handles and mirrored plugs fantastic. That kitchen was great 👍. That porch is fairly big. This is my home.

What a gorgeous home!!!! Well, all except for … you know … ahem (wire racks 🤦♀️) 🤷♀️ But everything else was just incredible!!!! The views, the beautiful details, the mirror outlets!!! The rooms with bathrooms!!! I want the room upstairs!!! Wow!!! I mean it’s bigger than my entire apartment!!!! I LOVE the kitchen!!! At first I was like, gold pulls with stainless steel sink and appliances … ewww … but then the contrast actually appealed to me … like the white cabinets and blue island, I love that!!! Absolutely stunning, I agree that the wire racks are not the nicest looking but they are functional… That being said what a fantastic home, the kitchen is amazing, the setting on the hill makes it even more impressive…. (Whispers..) Dude, Chance doesn't design it ....he just tours them for us. You know, eyes and ears on the ground kinda stuff. Yes the home owners could have gotten more expensive racks, but maybe they cut cost by accepting those and putting the fundage into something they would appreciate more, in the house, like marble or granite.

Beautiful home! Our daughter & SIL’s home is almost this large but is not a new build - they purchased an older home, tore it down to the studs abs rebuilt with an added 2nd floor which is their master suite. This house you toured s much more to my liking because their is mad century mod and we’re more traditional! Ha! There is MUCH to love here! But - and you’ve heard this before - away with those wire racks!!! Ha! Surprised to see them at this price point! Ha! Another thing surprising is the cement finished surfaces for porches. Our house is probably half the price of that one and all porches (3) have either brick or flagstone surfaces. Even our 20’ X 26’ patio - but we added it and were able to completely match the flagstone. The kitchen in the house you showed is a dream - absolutely love the spice drawer! The tile throughout is gorgeous! I do really like the fact that they went with hardwood in the closets! Much warmer n the tootsies in the middle of winter even in the south! Ha!

Love this house! I'm not crazy about the countertops. Granite is hard to maintain so I'd probably change that up to quartz and I'd probably swap the navy for a dark green on the island. But as the saying goes, to each their own. The size of the house is great! Thanks for showing this home to us.
The cross type windows - don't like- island should be a light color, microwave s are out dated, not safe, flooring to dark, seems to be not set up for handicap or when you get older, need Ramos, an elevator, shelving in garage. Nice house and depends on taste.
I think building a new place would be a new generational house to keep it when you're older and you can just move to the smaller part of the house and what you're O the family coming to the bigger part or you can rent it out or be a blessing to somebody else.

Wow wow wow this home is amazing. I love it and the upstairs loft is a wonderful place for entertainment theater room/game room. If you have kids they can do a sleepover up there as well. I love the Master Suite and the tub is awesome. Not happy with the wire racks in the closets and pantry. I also love the storage space in the garage. Over all a wonderful home. Hi Chance...Wow Wow Wow....my whole family 2 sons 5 grandchildren can live in this with room to spare that master bathroom was amazingly 😍 ...I would use that space in the garage for christmas 🎄 decorations....and the 3rd garage in the back for all the tools 🔧 and lawn mowers... the bedroom with the closet u walk through to the bath 🛁 is insanely gorgeous 😍....The whole house is amazing....love the kitchen ...the front porch..omg the stuff u can put out there .. What a beautiful home. I can definitely see putting a bench and at least two floor-to-ceiling mirrors in one of the closets in the Master Suite.
