The home has a kitchen and main bathroom that will leave you speechless! I'm very grateful Tucker Construction allowed me tour this brand new house. This home has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and has roughly 5,300 sq ft heated and cooled(around 6,000 total sqft). Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this home walk through video.
Also let me mention the price building estimates I gave are based on the heated & cooled sq ft. However like I mentioned these are only estimates and mainly just my opinion based on what homes are being built for in this area!

When I saw this home...I swear I heard the angles sing. It literally took my breath away! I'm in true love. My heart is still pounding from this breathtaking home!
A pantry that large needs electrical outlets. Double ovens and a gas stove, PERFECT. Center island should be marble for pastry baking. Big room upstairs is a craft/sewing room. One of the bedrooms for the cats so they can look out the window. My dream house ìf I could afford such a beauty. Oh my lottery house is no joke using a metal barn kit to make a two story house finished beautifully but by me. Hire out the slab and the shell (possibly the spray insulation for walls and ceiling) but everything inside that I can do I Will ;) it’s how I make my living anyway (mostly bathrooms and kitchens but lots of tear out jobs) so surely a retirement style house with extra bedrooms upstairs :)

It's interesting to see how prices vary in different areas. This would be a multimillion-dollar home if it were here in Southern California !

Wow Chance This is a gorgeous home. I love the huge windows in this home The pantry is grand . Like you said a pantry in a pantry. Love it . The fireplaces inside and out are perfect . The quartz in the kitchen and bathrooms s beautiful. The bedrooms and closets with all the built ins are perfection. The main bedroom is remarkable. The master bath is beautiful The shower and the tub and storage with built ins is amazing. I would imagine this home is truely a mansion. You took us on the best with this tour. I really really like that the utility room leads to that closet so it’s easier to transport your clothes right in the walk around the whole house
Also an easy way to transport new clothes secretly, straight from the car. From the car, to the laundry, to the closet. Or just the car to the closet!

I laughed when you talked about the "bad" food section of the pantry. But you don't put the healthy food in front so it's within easy reach; you put it in front so it's what guests who inevitably take a peek see first! On a side note, there's a mail order food company called Goldbelly that plays your pantry dance music on their UA-cam ads. It threw me when I saw their first ad; I was thinking, "Why does Chance have ads, and why is he showing all these pictures of food?!?"

So many rooms on the 2nd floor, you don't know what to use them for... Pantry dance!!! Nice master closet. Master shower is a nice idea, but too narrow for me.

Idk if I’d call this a mansion. It’s just a nice big house. I’d say mansions are 7,000-7,500 sqft and up. But that’s just my opinion.

That front room would make a beautiful formal dining room.
That's a huge dazzling home. The storage attic includes another storage attic above the storage attic! And that pantry! Lots of room. I'd guess the front part of the pantry would be for items that you'd use up more quickly, and the other part for non-perishable items. The closets in all the bedrooms are huge. You could almost turn those closets into more bedrooms. I'd hate to be the person changing the lightbulbs in that front entry. It's a beautiful home.

That front room is the formal dining room but I would use it as a library.

Oh my goodness love this home Chance, and what's even better is it's in Tupelo, MS the real home of Elvis Presley. I'm just saying. With the wood ceiling and floor in the kitchen it gives it more of that warm feeling I mentioned in that other home that's way to white. I love this home. To bad I'm poor!!!! It's beautiful though and I like the way the upstairs is finished like in that Farm house video 5000 sq ft home. Don't have all the people to fill it. But, maybe I could do the Golden Girls thing. Wow. I'm frankly disappointed. For the size of the home, the living/dining room areas were kind of small. And all that ceiling. I can't imagine the power bill to heat/cool that in Mississippi. Windows that don't open? Not for me, either. The master bedroom seemed smaller than the first bedroom you took us through in the upstairs! That's crazy. And the opening to get into the shower seemed teeny tiny. This house is WAY too ostentatious for me. Even if I won the lottery, I wouldn't want something like this.

Holy crap, what a mantion! I really like the upstairs, and the fireplace, I really like both, I'd do gas, @ least for the inside, why go through all the wood when you have electric or gassed, and I like the ceiling as well, with the pantry, just knew you were going to do that dance, and that joke about the mirror, kinda wanna laugh at that, besides why not have a little fun for once, and the room by the front door, it would be a great office.

Home is great! Especially the upstairs! It's complete! The home has a lot to offer! I wonder what's the cost? However, space is small in some areas! That one bathtub upstairs was small also! A balcony is needed & stairs for outside usage & exits! I hope there is room for a burglar alarm! Where's the garage? I always wondered whether a manufactured home could have such things that I saw n this home! Good deal! I like it!

This house is huge! idk what i would do with all that space. I'd be satisfied with a simple 3 bdrm 2 bath home. Or a Tiny home with 2 bedrooms and a loft.
Nice home. The kitchen should of had double sinks or another sink or even the faucets that they make over the stove. Just another source of water. The sink seemed small for that huge counter space. Don't care for lower level microwaves. There should of been a half guest bathroom. Lovely home

I love the white stone outside and 3 car garage, and the fire place. I don’t like the wood ceiling in the kitchen. Panty is awesome.

That's one nice pantry! You can put every specialty appliance imaginable in that one!
I like the high pitch roofs like that. This reminds me of another big one you toured. It had the same issues, nearly a $Million and no front Coat Closet and it really needs a guest half bath. That front room I think was a formal dining room and it could be made into the needed closet and half bath. I'd want a door into the Master Closet from the bedroom area, close off the one in the bathroom. Move the microwave higher. Other than those things it was a great place. We didn't get to see the garage area.
I saw a show on TV today that was not close to a mansion and it had the best layout for a Master Bath I have ever seen. It had what I think of like a semi Scandanavian Master Bath. There was a bathtub, spa, and shower in their own tiled and walled-off area...a wall of glass with a door. In a room like that, you can hose down the whole room to clean it. Some Scandanavian bathrooms are completely made that way, with all tile, and waterproof fixtures and there is a floor drain so you can hose down the whole room, vanity, toilet, shower, and tub. Very clean environment.

WOW WOW WOW!! This house is friggin fraggin stellar, just phenomenal, with the exception of ALL THE WHITE CABINETRY! I'd love to see some stick built homes with stained wood or other painted color(s) (besides white) cabinetry, or a combination of stained wood and painted wood. The white quartz countertops are beautiful! That's where I don't mind white in a kitchen! The room sizes impress me! They are just absolutely huge, as are the closets! I could absolutely live in this place! I'd just have to hit the Powerball or Mega Millions first!

And Chance, that upstairs room over the garage would be a game room with a pool table and a shuffleboard table. Heck, there may even be enough room for a bumper pool table, or a poker table!
