This prefab house has both finished out upstairs and unfinished upstairs with endless possibilities! This modular/prefab home is customizable and is built to state code! The house we are touring today is a “modular.” The manufacturer for this house is Ritz Craft Homes. The model for this home is the “Anson” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,786(heated & cooled) square foot not including unfinished area. We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I wish this year was a good one, but it is going to be a solemn holiday season this year for me, because I lost my wife in August. She was the sweetest person I ever knew, but I know she is in heaven with her beautiful smile. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.

House is lovely but very small rooms. So much space but it all was cramped together. Love your videos and appreciate them greatly!

Nice home,however it needs a foyer, don’t like walking into the living room. Otherwise very nice.
I'm very disappointed in the down stairs it very small for a house that size the dinning area is really a breakfast area i love the upstairs
I don't get electric fireplaces. When the power goes out (as it does yearly in Northern MI) is when you need your fireplace.
And how do they make flames out of electricity?

I don’t understand why someone would go to the trouble and expense to put top notch features in a home, then put a cheap looking electric fireplace in the living room.
MAXIMIZE PROFITS!
Some of us up north know what a ham hock is. 😂😂😂 I used to put them in my greens. Then a friend said his grandma switched from ham hocks to smoked turkey legs. Soooo much more flavor!! And none of that SALT. I cooked my sweet potatoes and potatoes tonight. Tomorrow we make pies, mashed potatoes, greens (collards mixed with kale. I can’t get fresh organic mustard greens often here) and the turkey. Hope he is thawed out in the fridge!!
I guess I'm judging this by Texas standards, but the rooms seem small. The master bedroom does not have room for both a dresser and a chest. Also...why only a half bath on the lower floor when the floor plan shows a full bath? A guest in the lower bedroom would have to go upstairs to bathe. I do like that big room over the design center though.
You are so right .. These rooms are very small...i expected a walk-in closet in the master and a roomier bathroom... The kitchen/dining and living room were cramped together

Outside pretty like it. Front porch hmmm more outlets.. wider porch,rails for safety reasons.
Living room super small look how crowded it is with what little furniture is in there the walking space .
Don’t like the wire things all in the door that would be going down to basement.
Don’t like laundry room at all no room to work.

Turkey toes, I'm thankful to be alive, I was in a bad wreck last Thursday and was rush to the hospital. I had 8 staples in the back of my head I had a concussion and it was hard to breathe from the trauma to my back.

I know exactly how you feel. I fell very hard late July & finished breaking my back & hit my head so hard that I cracked my skull & blood everywhere! Sometimes, it’s the pits getting old!! I pray Jesus touches your body & makes you completely whole. I imagine the headaches are pretty bad, bless your heart. Take care of yourself. 💗👏🙌🕊
The bedrooms are small, 2 twin, master queen. Add bedroom over garage. Main floor space is compact. Nice closet space . No pantry. Could be a forever home if larger, a starter home now.Nice job, Chance
Almost perfect. Just wall off that unfinished area over the design center/garage, add a bathroom and kitchenette, and rent that puppy out to help pay the mortgage!

Wow, wow. The living room area is the perfect size - - for me. It reminds me of a cottage. I like the office area and back hallway. As far as the upstairs goes, I am in love with the loft and the space over the garage. I would make an open master bedroom suite complete with a breakfast bar, and living area.
Yes, it is so comfortable and homey. I like it a lot so far. I cannot wait till we see the upstairs.
I'm VERY impressed with the insulation and wrap finishing even for a space not finished behind that barn door upstairs.

I absolutely love this home, I could live in all buy myself . Lololo,I love the kitchen but smaller dinning table of any size , l9ve the loft space upstairs and I would make a relaxing sitting area for me time in the larger room with big master bath, I l9ve the Ling space when you enter the home.thanks chance it's beautiful

Would like to have seen a pantry. I think some things a little larger for the type of home and square footage it has.
That top floor would be an amazing Entertainment Room. Lots of potential.

Beautiful home, but there's no pantry, all the bedrooms seem small, especially for all the sq footage, and not impressed with the electric fireplace, especially with the nice stonework around it, other than that is nice. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family

My home is smaller so would definitely like a island to cook on. I am partial to old fashioned fire places so would change. But like you said you can make your as you go along.
Thank you for another great home tour. This home is nicely done, decorated fairly well and probably fair in price. The master bedroom being 12x12 may work for some people. This one's just not in my league.

Beautiful home. A bit disappointed with the master bath, seemed very small, but the shower was Beautiful. I guess that would be something to expand on as there was still more space up there to do things in.

This one is lovely and they got so many things right, such as the 1/2 bath location downstairs. The living area is small, but I guess nowadays that area is like a formal parlor of days of old. Is that silver rectangle the shower drain in the master bath? 13:55 Unique for sure.
I would do a pantry closet instead of the bench near the washer dryer . Master bedroom and larger bath in the bonus space would make sense .
Floorplan at 2:47. Looks nicely sized on the outside but the inside sucks. Hard to look at the floorplans, too.
I'm from the area! I go out to mifflinburg often to pimpeii soap company! Check it out while there. Love this house although can't do stairs anymore.

It is a beautiful farmhouse type of house, I would like a real fireplace in my living room. I don't really like those electric ones.
The half bath in the laundry room is a nice addition.
With the amount of SF, I’m surprised there’s not a pantry. Other than that the only thing I’d change is I’d have a gas range. I don’t do electric or induction stoves.

Hello Chance! Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!!! Good video. But, it's a good thing these are custom made jobs! A lot of things I'd change!
A gas fireplace in the Living Room, or wood-burning stove one. Glad there's a coat closet.
A different color for the kitchen cabinets. The microwave would need to be moved to the countertop, it's as high where it is as it would be above the cook stove. The island is too big. And I hate the sink being in the island; it means I can't put wheels on the island and move it around. But I Do like that vent hood over the stove. I would want a gas cook stove. And there's No Panty! Dining Room is okay. I like that pot filler! Wish I had one in my current house.
That office by the utility room I would turn into my Music Studio Room, soundproofed, of course!
I'm glad there's already a garage. I would add a storage unit in there and a good-sized Pantry. We don't really need the "mud room" section of the utility room. Especially since we'd be driving in and out of the garage and going in that way all the time. So I'd remove that stuff and use that area to put an upright freezer. Like the half bath.
I'd rather the Master Bedroom be on the main floor. But don't see where in this floorplan. But I would need a Handicapped Tub Shower Combo in the bathroom. With the upstairs being so big, we'd probably keep one guest bedroom and the guest bathroom. The rest of the upstairs would be turned into my Library Office Room and a small sitting area. And the Gym - floor would need to be reinforced for the Gym.
Need porches and balcony's around the house to the garage. Carpet in Living Room and Bedrooms and sitting area in the Library.

I was hoping you'd read these comments but there's no indication that you are. However, what my question is do you ever do these videos that would accommodate out west for an example I live in far Northern California. But quite a few of these that you show are limited to their local areas
