God the scene between Lucas and Karen in his room BROKE me. Lucas' grief and blame is so real and heartbreaking and Karen's anger and grief is so valid but blaming her son in that moment when all he needs is a hug from his mother is DEVASTING. The way that Lucas looks back at her after she says "sorry isn't gonna bring him back" literally takes my breath away, Chad did so well in that scene I mean Lucas is 17-18 and yet in that moment he looks like a little boy whose world just shattered 😭😭😭 ugh this episode is so good

My mother experienced the worst tragedy she lost her nephews of one year and 5 months in a car accident and in 2009 she had to go to my grandmother's house to get her brother who had committed suicide his summer of difficult periods but my worst mourning was my father who died of stomach cancer the pain is still present but I'm moving forward😢

I am 31 turning 32 this year! I watched this show my through my teenage years, 20’s and now 30’s. I remember the day that the final episode premiered.
