FAKE NEWS!!!! Here's what really happened: Diaz told Brendan that he was wrong to think Connor was actually winning the fight because Mayweather was not trying the few rounds Connor may have won. Schaub was adamant that Connor had legitimately won his rounds with his boxing skills, and wasn't given anything.
Diaz tried to explain why Connor didn't actually win those rounds, and that Mayweather actually gave them to him, but Brendan refused to accept his explanation so Diaz politely said, "It's just your lack of knowledge." Essentially saying that if you look at the punches at face value it does look like Connor was winning, but if you understand Boxing, and more importantly how Mayweather boxes, you'd know that Floyd was giving him those rounds so he would tire himself out and he could get his timing down.
Then, instead of respecting the opinion of someone who actually understands boxing, or merely respectfully disagreeing, Schaub got all butt hurt and throw out a disrespectful jab at Diaz saying, "Yea, but I didn't see your knowledge when [Connor] was teeing off on you]. He said it to the side as he walked away like a bitch, and Diaz called him out on it.
That's what actually happened. Schaub should go back and watch the tape because he let his ego re-write what actually happened. It is actually embarrassing to watch him recreate something anyone of us can just google and see for ourselves.
Joe Rogan just called out the NY Times over their false article about McGregor, and then he has the audacity to just let Brendan completely make up what actually happened between him and Nate. It's not like there isn't video evidence that Jaime couldn't of just pulled up real quick and checked him on it. It really is pathetic of Brendan to lie, but also of Joe to just let him. Floyd game plan was spot on . I even caught Floyd smiling and winking to his friends on the first rows when they were clinching . Floyd was super confident and sure he was gonna finish Conor. The thing Brendan doesn't know , sometimes in boxing you have to give some rounds on order or have your opponent gas out . Floyd is good with defense.
