Building our Backyard Jump Roll-In!

- We built a new BMX and MTB Jump Roll-In for a brand new medium size jump line in my backyard. These jumps will be bigger than the jump track ( pumptrack ) but smaller than my big dirt jumps. Learn about carpentry while also getting a how-to on building a roll in for jumps!

I’m sure they do! They’re super involved and willing to learn, and I bet they brag to all their school friends how cool their dad is and all the projects they get into!

Way to teach your kids the work involved in making stuff like this and showing them valuable life skills they'll use throughout their lives - too many kids these days have no clue how to work with their hands, other than to use a phone or tablet. Can't wait to see the kids full jump line, bet it'll be super fun for them.
this is so awesome! i remember how excited i was when my step dad built me a quarter pipe for the backyard. I can only imagine having a backyard to grow up on like this.

Good on you for involving your kids in the build process. That's what I've been doing on all our projects at home. Everytime they pitch in, reward them with a brand new quality tool, and slowly build them their tool box that will last a lifetime, along with the skills to use the tools.

Ok, you're a beast on the bike, great carpentry skills but I'm most impressed with your parenting style. Milo and Owen seem to be happy to hang with each other, that's a gift.
Despite only being fifteen years old, I have now spent over half my life without a father figure I always wanted to have someone to help me and teach me like you are doing with your kids. But I'm also grateful because I got to learn and experience so many things riding bikes. It is so amazing to see what you do, and your kids will grow up to be amazing riders like you are. Keep up the amazing content :)

I met Eric once and he seemed like a really kind and down to Earth individual, it was cool because I was a young grom and I had seen him in bike videos. I was trying to learn no-foot cans that day, and he kindly gave me feedback to try to raise the odds of me being able to do them. It's awesome to see him now, having evolved into a epic and unique father, with a son who seems like a really awesome soul! Your guys's backyard looks like a labor of love! This video was inspiring!
