Every thing you say is true Sarah but there is no common sense in there rules eg my wife has just been granted a family visit visa for the third time but when you come to border control at the airport they are very unreasonable and ignore that you have a approved visa

There’s now an option for self upload or you may decide to take them to the visa application centre (TLS Contact or VFS Global). The self upload is free, but taking to the visa application centre is a paid service. I hope this is clear enough?

Hi, can I apply for spouse visa with payslip from three different companies working constantly for six months with no gaps in between? I worked for a business for two month on fixed contract then worked for another company for three months the reason for leaving was for failing probation period. I then had worked for another company for 1 month. All of which had gross salary over £19000 to 25000.

Hi. Thank you for such useful videos :) I and my husband at the process of preparing the documents for spouse visa. He is a British Citizen. Ohhh I'm so confused with trying to find out what the exactly documents we need to provide to prove he owns the property and how they look like actually. So one of the document what we have is Land Registry Title Deed, but the problem is im not sure if everything is ok with it. Because there are empty lines in the doc. There are not the signatures. I suppose it's a electronic signed document but i'm not sure. Wish anyone could look into the documents and tell us if we can provide them or not. Thank you.(

My question is; during the next six months is it ok for her to visit the UK on a tourist visa, are there any restrictions prior to applying that would prevent her from traveling freely on a tourist visa. She can visit (even tho immigration might ask questions but I don't see why she can't) but when she applies for the spouse visa she needs to do it from her home country (you can't change tourist to spouse visa unfortunately). Good luck!
would a different position n the same company count as changing of jobs and why is this necessary when her previous position and new position both have her earning more the the required minimum for financial requirement and she has been in this new position for more than six months. Even a lawyer created diy list says you need to show tthe same amount every month for the previous 6 months ands thats what she has provided. So why is mentioning the job change important ?

I think if the translator is recognised by the gov, they might have a stamp they can use. Best to ask the translator.

They want to see that you're in touch. You can translate if you want.

You're on a student visa so it's a different process from spouse visa
If the payslip and the bank date a few days apart will that effect the visa
