DISCLAIMER: This information is based on my experience and will not guarantee you a UK Spouse visa. I am not a solicitor or visa advisor. I am just a person who went through the UK Spouse Visa process and is sharing the information I gathered through my experience for those who need more information for their own application.
Hello everyone! I made a video for you on how to compile your WhatsApp (text/Facebook) messages using 2 free apps and programs called CANVA and GOOGLE SLIDES.
If you are using your mobile phone, use CANVA. Here are the steps:
1) Download Canva from the Apple Store if you're using iPhone and Google Play Store if you're using an Android phone.
2) Obviously make sure you screenshot your WhatsApp messages. I recommend you screenshot 4 pages per month (x 12 months) and make sure you can see the date of the conversations you're having in the screenshot
3) Open Canva and open a new document; I recommend you use the presentation format because it’s landscape and you can export it as a pdf ready to be printed if necessary
4) Now upload your screenshots into Canva from your phone
5) Once you've uploaded the screenshots into Canva, you can select and insert the images into your blank document
6) You can then duplicate the image 3 times and then replace each image with your other screenshots from the month
7) Now you can add a relevant title; make sure you label it correctly like "Whatsapp Conversations with (my husband/wife/partner) MAY 2021"
8) Now, you can add more pages and repeat the same steps. You can repeat this process until you have 12 months of conversations (4 screenshots per month)!
9) Once done, you can export it into a PDF, ready to upload onto VFS or print for physical document submission
NOW, if you're using a laptop or computer, you can use GOOGLE SLIDES. Here's how:
1) Go to your browser and search for Google Slides
2) Click on the first result/link. It’ll lead you to a page where you have to open Google Slides
3) Now that you’re on Google Slides, open a new slide which will be a blank slate for your to start compiling your WhatsApp conversations!
4) To get started, upload your print screens onto the slide.
5) Again, just do 4 screenshots per month by going through the Insert - Image - Upload image from the computer. Keep it’s clean and easy to read.
6) Add a relevant title using the text box tool
7) Repeat the process. You can make new pages by right-clicking on the column on the left and clicking "Add new slide". Follow the same process until your have 12 months of conversations!
8) Once you’re done, go to "file" and then "download" and choose "PDF". Now you have a completed PDF compilation of your Whatsapp messages!
DONE
You can use this method of Facebook messages, text messages, voice call logs, video call screenshots, even photos from your travels or wedding! Canva and Google Slides make it easy and accessible for anyone who has the internet! GOOD LUCK!

if you're an apple user, even easier is to airdrop all the screenshots from your iPhone to mac...open all of them with preview and the click print ...do not print but save as pdf...job done in less than 5 minutes...no app crap involved lol

May be its a silly question but i will really appreciate your answer. If I upload the whole file of slides instead of doing separately for each month, do you think its gonna be any problem? I will compress it before i upload. Can I do the same thing for other stuffs also?? For example money receipt, if i compile them all to google slides and then compress it and make it less then 5mb and then upload the whole file with lots of slides.

Do we really upload 4 slides per month? Unfortunately my wife and I are not on Whatts App, we are on Line app, so in order to show the date on every slide I can upload only 3 slides per month, since the layout would be too messy with 4

Alhamdulillah, after 4months of process, the visa spouse approved by IND NL. I will be reuniting with my man on Jan 2023.

Yes but you can share on your cover letter how you met, photos together etc too. WhatsApp screenshots is just evidence that you keep in contact with each other

You can resize the photos. Just tap the photo and you'll be able to resize and fit 4

Hi samad.. im looking about the tips for apply spouse visa and i watching a couple of video to searching, im start talking with my Husband 2020 do you think the call log is very importan to prove relationship is genuine ? Because for the call log me or my husband we dont have from 2020 to 2022.. is just not show up on the Whatsapp call log is only this years that we have. But We only use Whatsapp for our conversation since we get to know each other. But for the Whatsapp Chat we have that enough from 2020 until 2023. So what do you think when im apply next year on march and we only can give them the call log by this years. Im really worried.😢🙏

You got your result, it take upto 3 months under standard application
I just submitted supporting documents by pdf for spouse visa, then it’s gave me the option to preview the document, when I previewed the document didn’t show me the full pdf that I uploaded. For example, I attached 7 photos on a pdf, then when I previewed it only showed me first photo nothing else. Is that normal or it didn’t upload my pdf documents properly? Please help I’m worried 😟

I don't know if they get rejected but the HO want to see that you're constantly in contact with each other and many use WhatsApp or Facebook messages as evidence of that.

When you scroll, the date should appear at the top. If not, update your WhatsApp and try again.

Yes, it doesn’t matter. But you can mention this in the application
