The mold can handle temps much higher than a plastic cup! Torch the resin after you put it in the mold!

GREAT JOB AND A GREAT VIDEO I HAVE THIS MOLD AND I HAVE THE COPPER LIGHTS FOR IT , BUT I TRULY LIKE IT I ALSO HAVE KS RESIN AS WELL AND I WILL SEE HOW THAT PART COMES OUT , HOPEFULLY NOT SO MANY BUBBLES BUT IF IT DOES WE BOTH LEARNED TO TRY THE OTHER KS RESIN . AND I LOLOL ALSO HAVE THE BOM BAY INKS TOO AND I KNOW ONE IS THE BLUE AND I THINK I HAVE THE AQUA OR TEAL . BUT I DO LIKE THE SHELL EFFECT BUT IM NOT ENTIRELY SURE IN WHAT OR HOW I WILL BE DOING IT , WELL FOR MY FIRST ONE THAT IS LOLOL . This is such a pretty product. I would like to know how you knew the amount of resin to use? Like how do you measure parts A&B? Thank you.
Fill your mold up with water and then pour into a measuring glass and you could see how many ounces you need

be careful with the coper wire i had a couple break when folding it .. they seemed to be more brittle . looks great.. now i can do mine heheheheh

Your piece looks so nice. Can you tell me what i may be doing wrong. If I add glitter and extra stuff they float to the bottom but when the mold is finished and I demold it the nice side seems to always be on the back and not the front.
let the resin thicken up a bit before you add glitter
I never put lights in resin, it’s messed up once the lights go.
Hello iam new w Resin Arts..so do I torch after the ink or before I use ink? And can I just torch after is in the Mold? TY
you dont need to torch just spritz it with alcohol
How do I keep my lights to stay down they always seem to float to the top I've even tried double sided tape and crafts glue and they still float
Try using the tape and doing it in layers

How do you prevent water marks on resin. They look fab I'm just waiting for my lights to turn up. 😂
what do you mean by watermarks?
@@resinfanatics it's ok I thought I might get water marks from inside molds from letting mold release spray dry but I haven't. My first one I have just took out of mold looks great but has a few sharp edges. What do you use too remove these without damaging peice or any tips to prevent this happening. @@resinfanatics Aw thank you. I'd got it to 180ml from a website, but I wasn't 100% sure on on it, so thank you for figure too. I put the first part of glitter resin into the mould yesterday - I'm looking forward to adding the other layers today. It's such a cute design. Yours looks wonderful x
How do you not get the lights to float? My lights always float.
you can use some clear tape if that helps

How much resin did u use for each sign!
i cant remember, did i mention it in the vide? you can fill your mold up with and measure the water and thats how much you need
