Hey Noel, thank you for making this video and sharing your thoughts. This is my 4th time watching this video. The first 3 were in 2024, and this will be the first in 2025. I agree with you, it is hard, I am my habits. Even the action of putting together this comment took me this long because I don't have a habit of commenting on videos. Unless I feel the need to change, my brain will trick me into thinking that it feels better to stay comfortable... One insight that I came across in 2024 was that there are 2 things that will impact everyones' lives no matter who you are on this planet. Money and Health. I think the dimension that is fair and underlies all of this would be the first item you mentioned: Time. Thank you for getting me back on track and wiping the fogged window. I hope you'll bring us more valuable stories and perspectives in 2025. And I hope this comment will remind me that I really am capable of changing and moving forward in 2025. ♥
Going through a really rough patch right now and despite being a strong person I feel giving up on living anymore, your videos are very calming and give me a lot of hope Atm I’m tired and all the progress I made so far is down the drain because of my mental health. I hope things get better for me and I hope I don’t give up, thanks noel !
You will get through them. It'll take time but with each day giving you a fresher start will make you to keep on going. We all go through so much, If you can survive today, you can survive the rest of it. There will be hope. You will lose a lot but you can always regain a lot more. Noel's Video is a great way to make yourself push through your hard times.

Damn, man! Today I lost a patient. I’m a paramedic, and we were called to a 70-year-old unresponsive man. We provided advanced life support, performed CPR, but we lost him. This isn’t that hard. We do this a lot. If we’ve done everything we could, our soul is at peace, even if the patient passes away. But this one… His wife was there, and she only realized she had lost her husband when his lifeless body was lying in her arms. She kept repeating that she thought they’d have more time. We never have enough time. We can never know how much time we have. That’s why it’s important to live as if it could end at any moment. To love like today is the last day, because one day it will be. Maybe today, maybe in 10 years. Memento mori.
U r the big brother, I could ever ask for . May god bless u man and make u live long , so that u can keep making these insightful videos Noel ,from yours lovingly little bro . I wish I could just hug u . Love u from my heart .
I get married in two weeks. I'm 19 years old. Working my butt off. But I'm "too tired to go to the gym". I value my time so much, that part of the reason why I'm getting married so young and am starting my life with my wonderful wife. I save and invest wisely, but I don't invest in my health enough. I used to (mountain biking, 100+ mile hiking trips, multi pitch outdoor rock climbing over days) so I know what I'm doing, but I let my laziness win over and over again. I'm working hard, my "Why" is to be a good steward of my body and keep myself healthy for my future family. I can't forget it. ❤
You are literally my gym therapist. Thanks Noel for all the work you put into your channel, I’m really being consistent in the gym and noticing lots of gains! I’ll continue to stay motivated using this video.
i really want to say: thank you, truly, with all my heart! i've a good job, a cozy home. but my mental health was not in a good place. i was isolated, feeling lonely, desperate, unhealthy, far away from family, no relationships or someone I value in my life... money was only fuel of my mindset. i've built my "why" for last 2 months. i started to change slowly, after 2 months my entire life and mindset is in a different and better position. now, I lost 30lbs, eating clean, physically/mentally active and healthy. i knew that i needed to change, but I didn't have the courage. 2 months ago, when youtube algorithm somehow decided to show Noel to me, i've finally found the courage I need.
I love it. My winter arc is usually trying to stay comfortable but i think my why this year is enough to continue my 1.5 hour walk/runs and climbing gym visits 3 times a week.
Even though I'm ahead of most people my age I do appreciate this video. I feel like sometimes I'm not sure where I'm heading in life. This video made me gain the refocus I needed.
noel, this has really change my perspective on my life. I am deeply grateful for what you've done and do everyday for the ones who follow you. may God bless you and your family.
Love you noel i know you may not read this but you have given me a huge burst of light in my dark world i have been in a dark place for a long time but im thankful you light it up you really cheer me up and motivate me alot keep doing what your doing
Needed this. I lost my job few days ago and barely got any money left. But at the same time, its a great opportunity for me to do what i really want to do. Thank you Noel!
It’s called Freestyle Libre. It’s a sensor used to measure your blood sugar levels. Diabetics usually use these. Or in this case people who want to track how their bodies react to certain types of carbs or different food in general.
thank you noel for this. i deeply needed this in this time period. life is hard in different ways and sometimes we forget why we are doing what we do. you give me hope and energy to keep going. love you like a dad for that. thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I’ve been in the gym relatively consistently, but this video has helped me decide I’m changing other aspects of my life. Noel helped me start the lifting journey, and now he’s helped me start my academic and social life grind.
Your words are so inspiring and motivational, they can truly change someone's life. Thanks Noel, for being here for us. We need more people like you in this planet 🥺
I really hope you know how much of an inspiration you are to us all Noel. I truly and whole heartedly believe its people like you that make this world a better place. Much love brother ❤💪
Thankyou Noel, where most rely on substance or a therapist for mental health i rely on training, it's terribly crushing me to not have the finances to go to a gym pr buy weights but i do still train with resistance bands, but long story short you are motivating for me when sometimes i need some words to get me going when im having one of those days, which is quite often recently with not being able to use actual iron to train, so thankyou Noel you have no idea what your channel does for people like me, i have dreams of competing and doing fitness as a professional but unfortunately i live in poverty and have no idea how or where to begin but ill still train.
Noel, I want to thank you for being the father figure so many people want and need and for always wanting us to become a better version of ourselves. Keep doing what your doing!💪🏽
Thank you Noel. I truly needed this right now in my life. Lately I've been cutting, working out, and doing pretty much anything I want to do. There's just one thing, I still feel like i don't have anything in my life. I'm grateful for the things I have like this phone, 3 meals a day, friends, a roof over my head, ect. But I just feel empty. And I think anyone can help me, I think it'll be you. I've sat down with a peice of paper and wrote down why I'm doing the things I do, and don't get me wrong, I'm still grinding hard to get what I want, but I don't feel like I have anything. It's almost like an empty feeling inside. I just don't know what to do. Please help 🙏
Noel im sure you get this all the time but thank you so much for everything you do. Im am so grateful for your content I was lost and had no where to look and you truly saved my life literally.
Noel, you've had such a positive impact on my life. I've been following you for some time, and I'm proud to say that you motivated me to get serious about following my fitness and life ambitions. Much love to you and yours. Here's to all of us embarking on our Winter Arc.
Noel is a true friend/role model. Its really nice cuz, yes i have people helping me, guide me. But Noel kmows what yo say. Your words of motivation helps alot of people, your a dad for all the people who grew up without a dad. Im grateful.
This isn't just a motivational video, this is truth. I am 25 years old, and although I feel like I'm on the right path... I'm scared of getting older. Your hour glass example is something I never considered or ever thought of. This video almost brought me to tears, thank you Noel... This truly has changed my perspective for the better 🥹
i love being the friend or family member who's asked to lift heavy things or do hard task simply because others don't have the strength. my strength makes me feel important and i love helping people it might be silly or an immature reason but i love people being able to rely on me for my strength.
This man is pure kindness... Wish i could sto being a pieve of crap and lose weight, but hey i gotta "study hard"... Keep going Noel you have the great gift of natural kindness

Love this guy, i've been falling in and out of working out. I am relying on sports to get me to be physical but currently it is the offseason and I'm sitting here doing nothing. It hurts me to look in the mirror at the same skinny guy. I am going to fully commit to changing my physic and becoming a better athlete. Wish me luck. ( 150lbs 15yrs rn)

I'm 22, have had severe depression and anxiety since middle school, and only recently went into counseling, I'm in debt 15k from gambling, never been in a relationship, and work construction for a measley $12/hr. I'm going to get better because I need to. This is what i needed to see today. Thank you, all my future success will be from you, Noel.
Hi Noel! I found your videos entertaining and motivational even before I started to lift. I have been lifting 3 months now and went from severely underweight (60kg at 196cm) to now almost 80kg I am going to the gym 4 times a week. My physique has changed, my confidence has changed. Everything snapped into place once I decided to turn my life around. I don't ever plan on stopping. Thanks for being you 🤟
Gave me chills man, always giving good advice. I had my best friend at 22 pass away of stage 4 brain cancer, i think about him every day hoping to see him again. but i know he's lookin up above. My why is him because he always had big ambitions and wanting to make the most out of life for himself and for me but he never had the opportunity too. Every day i hope to become successful not just for myself but for a brother i lost.
Noel, this video came at a perfect point in my life. Just the video I needed for this Winter Arc.
Truely
Going through a really rough patch right now and despite being a strong person I feel giving up on living anymore, your videos are very calming and give me a lot of hope
Atm I’m tired and all the progress I made so far is down the drain because of my mental health.

I've been through a lot mental drama for last 2 months, and now I have been stripped off from all my friends.
Thank you Noel, I will make it to the top one day ❤
If you lost them all that quickly they were probably never "real" friends in the first place. Fuck em!
Epic motivational speech instead of just yelling “just do it bro”
I don’t even do sports, but I’ve been following you for couple of years now. You’re one of my biggest inspiration boosts to keep going. You help me to see value in my life. Keep making amazing content!
You are one of the most amazing people Noel, keep being you

❤
Hell yeah bro! Keep trying and pushing forward, it’ll be worth it!
Value your life and go to the gym. Take it from a guy whom has been married 4 times.
God bless you
You are literally my gym therapist. Thanks Noel for all the work you put into your channel, I’m really being consistent in the gym and noticing lots of gains! I’ll continue to stay motivated using this video.
3:45 Cuz I’m tryna find love bruh🙏🙏🙏
Love yourself first bro, your opinion about yourself has to always be on top.
i really want to say: thank you, truly, with all my heart! i've a good job, a cozy home. but my mental health was not in a good place. i was isolated, feeling lonely, desperate, unhealthy, far away from family, no relationships or someone I value in my life... money was only fuel of my mindset. i've built my "why" for last 2 months. i started to change slowly, after 2 months my entire life and mindset is in a different and better position. now, I lost 30lbs, eating clean, physically/mentally active and healthy. i knew that i needed to change, but I didn't have the courage.
Push up the gym to 4 times (obviously if it fits your schedule) and stay hard for this winter arc 🔥
remember to not overdo it because you will burn out and not do it anymore , you are climbing stairs , don't go too fast or else you will fall

It’s called Freestyle Libre. It’s a sensor used to measure your blood sugar levels. Diabetics usually use these. Or in this case people who want to track how their bodies react to certain types of carbs or different food in general.
