Steven thanks again, This video helps to 'pull the processes together' so to speak. And thankyou for the timestamps. Repetition is great; as it reinforces our learning experience and confidence. So besides new skills, it's also really good to refresh my learning on previous content watched/learned. I am very good at unlearning things :)
@@patriotsix5880 Adding the services. I know that in the past, it was possible to do it using the SDK but the script option seems to have disappeared from the Properties window.
@@FlyLA-be3vj Interesting. I rebuilt a local GA airport here and I recall calling a fuel truck before I changed the airport. I checked and it still works. However, I loaded in my changes and the fuel option is no longer there. I will research this and see what I can find. I have never rebuilt a International airport. I also primarily fly the PMDG 737 which has its own services. Let me do some digging.
A question about the priority - does it apply to polygons only? I am modifying my local airport because some taxiways have been recently modified in real life which do not show up in MSFS2020. So I added the new taxiway and then added a polygon with concrete textures, but the new taxiway is hidden under the polygon. Is it happening because of the wrong sequencing? Should I have drawn the polygon first and then lay the taxiway over it? The taxiway paths or points don’t seem to have ‘priority’ property assigned.
A priority setting will work on any items that allow a priority setting. However, I do not recall seeing a priority setting on anything but textures. What you did sounds precisely like a mistake I made once. I built an elaborate airport with two runways and many taxi options. And then, I laid a ground texture for the whole area. The ground texture covered the runways and taxiways. I had to remove the ground texture and meticulously work around all of the taxiways, ETC. It was a pain in the ass, but that is what I had to do. Everything will cover taxiways, unfortunately. Good luck, and keep learning.

You are welcome, buddy.
Thanks for the Video!
Our pleasure!
Thank you, this did help me.
Good. I thought it might.
Great video again! Can you please make a video about adding services (GPU, pushback, etc.) to parking/gates?
Hello Fly LA. Are you talking about static objects such as carts, ETC, or are you asking to add the services themselves?

@@FlyLA-be3vj I am working on it, trying to figure it out. I will be in touch. Is this a fictional airport?

@@patriotsix5880 Thanks for the reply. Making mistakes is the beat way to learn 😄 Your videos are amazing - best source of learning how to use SDK.
