Sadly I’ve been through it when I was a kid. The way I’ve gotten through it was prayer shortly after my faith in GOD made whatever it was stop I was awake during a mike Tyson fight I remember like it was yesterday. I went upstairs to sleep because I got tired and all the adults were downstairs a little upset about how much they paid and he finished the fight in the first round lol. My door was cracked so light was coming through but my room lights were off. I usually sleep with my head under the blanket but I was so tired I forgot to wrap up. So as I’m falling asleep my whole body gets held and I couldn’t move! It was so weird but wasn’t the first time it happened but never like this. Something held me down and I felt the bed press down behind me while this whole time just only able to see the crack in my door and black all around it. It breathed on the back of my neck and I was freakin awake!!! I remembered everything my grandmother taught me so I closed my eyes and said my prayer immediately after I shook myself out of it. And got up and went back downstairs. I was freaked out however I wasn’t afraid because I knew I had the backing of the BIG GUY BECAUSE I ASKED FOR HELP! It’s happened to me before also only when I sleep on my stomach tho something gets on my back and tickles the crap out of me until I realize it wasn’t a dream I pray and it goes away 💯 % of the time.

One time when my daughter was around 10 years old, she went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and she has to pass my bedroom to go there, my bedroom door is always open and she told me she saw someone sitting on me, she had long hair and red eyes,my daughter turned her head twice when walking to the bathroom and that thing disappeared. She 19 years old, now and still remember it!!!
I've experienced sleep paralysis one time in my life and it's no joke. It doesn't matter what life experiences you've had, once you feel that evil in the room with you nothing else even comes close.

I had a sleep paralysis 3 or 4 weeks ago. I couldn't move. I felt like someone or something was holding me down. I couldn't open my mouth. I fought so hard but still couldn't move, then I say the rosary to Mother Mary in the my mind and slowly I came around. I was a bit scared but after saying the rosary I felt calm and went peacefully back to sleep. Thank you Mother Mary for your protection. ✝️✝️✝️✝️

@@celetacruz7447 Of course it feels evil. There's evil stuff in all brains. Everyone is capable of it at any moment. this is just stress. Sleep paralysis is you still dreaming whilst also awake. Your brain glitches out and essentially you're both asleep and awake at the same time, so things merge and you hallucinate but also can't move.
Too bad, you can only have one sleep paralysis demon at a time. Mine happens to be a three tailed fox, that likes to sit at the corner of my bed watching over me, or lay next to me to cuddle up. I often wake up seeing a indent in my mattress where it slept. And I have seen it more times than I can count just laying on the bed looking at me or something else in the room. It hasn't hurt me, I don't think it shows any intention of doing so, either. I've had it ever since I was a little kid. I have noticed it likes to follow me around even as an adult, by hiding in my shadow, and only appearing not in direct sunlight. It sometimes appears as a transparent wavy silhouette, like looking at a mirage on the road. I know it's real, because my nephews and nieces have seen it, and commented upon its description. They say it's very playful and adorable. And I kind of have to agree with them at this point.

Happened to me today after 6 years again. Happened just now, woke up at 10:30 from sleep paralysis. Eyes are burning from not enough sleep, felt tired, went back to sleep. Woke up from sleep paralysis again at 11:30. 2 times in 1 hour. Feelsbadman. Worst part - I am living alone, came to study overseas.
I have suffered from sleep paralysis my entire life. I'm 46 years old now. And I beat it. Sometimes, I have false awakenings where I think I'm awake, but I'm still really asleep. But I have a trick that I can do that will help me know when I'm awake and when it's a dream. If there's anything I have learned throughout 46 years of sleep paralysis is that you can control it. I control my dreams and lucid dream on the daily. I do whatever I want and go wherever I want in my head when I sleep. The only advice I can give to anyone that has sleep paralysis or lucid dreams is to know that you are bigger, better and stronger and to stand up to whatever it is that is in your head during sleep and dreams. Face it, confront it and win.
@@hencx1740 I don't know why I've had sleep paralysis my whole life. Sleep paralysis doesn't even bother me anymore. It's so common for me, it's just like, whatever at this point. As far as the lucid dreaming goes, I can't make myself lucid dream. It happens when it happens. But when I am lucid dreaming, I can absolutely 100% control the lucid dream. I lucid dream probably 3 times a week. Sometimes, I think I woke up and the dream is over, only to find that it was a false awakening and I'm still dreaming. False awakenings will happen MULTIPLE times in a dream for me. But I have found a trick to help me know, when it's a false awakening. If I try to turn on a light switch in the dream, and it doesn't work, I know I'm dreaming. Or if I try to dial a number on my cell phone, and can't, it helps me to know, okay, you're dreaming. From there, I just keep trying to wake up and end the dream. Sometimes I scream SO LOUD IN MY HEAD in the dream, begging for someone or something to wake me up and stop me from dreaming. It's miserable when this happens to me. Being trapped in a dream SUCKS. What I have found that will also help me to wake up though, is controlling the dream. The more and more I start trying to do crazy sh*t in the dream, the quicker I'll start to wake up. Onetime, I woke up in reality, opened my eyes, and saw my bedroom around me, but it was layered with whatever I was just dreaming. That's only ever happened to me ONCE, but it was caaaarzzzyy. And before you ask, no, I'm not on any types of drugs nor do I have mental health issues, lmao. On the plus side, sometimes, it's fun controlling your dream. I have been to some really pretty cool places in my dreams and have done some really crazy stuff in my dreams too....because I can.
Anyone experience upside down triangle headed shadow figures during sleep paralysis? I went to lay down a couple months back and as I sat up to look over at my dog to make sure she was good this upside down triangle headed demon looking shadow figure stood at my door and before I could think it jumped "into my chest" holding me down and then I woke up hours kater like wtf. Thought I was getting possessed by a demon to be honest. Kinda still think it's in me. Crazy experience. Sleep paralysis is a nightmare you can experience while awake.
I hope sleep paralysis are just nightmares, because I once grabbed it’s arm and head. The arm was very skinny and the head almost bald with short and pointy hair. I still couldn’t stop it, but it sure felt real.
this morning i bit into the hand that was covering my mouth and the feeling of that stuck with me all day. once i was dragged from the side of my bed and when i came to, my upper body was on the floor, legs up on the bed how it left me. its been a couple years since my last episode before this morning.
I had sleep paralisys a lot of times in my life. In the last few times, I woke up (but I dont think I was in the realm of the living) and saw something lurking in my room. It was like a normal person but I felt an evil energy when it was around. In my second last paralysis I remember of waking up screming "your place is not here! God is with me. Go find the ligh to continue your path" and it and it disapeared. Some weeks later, in the end of 2023, I had another peisode of paralisys, woke up kinda pissed of like the other time and felt that evil energy again in my room. When I looked at my bed I saw that same person laying down on my bed beside where I was sleeping. Again I said that stuff about God and light, ut I too grabbed the entity and carried it outside my house. When outside, the entity, under the light of the sun, began to dry out until it turns into dust. Just after that I woke up, but with a deep sense of peace. This happened in the end of 2023, and I never again had sleep paralisys
If you wish to avoid sleep paralysis just don't sleep belly up, sleep on your side or belly down, that should help, but pray to the lord in heaven fir extra protection, safety is neve ennough

I had this sleep thingy, and here’s the story. So I was sleeping on my bed, then I saw a thing that was gray and crawling, and I could move, so I JUMPED, AND RAN.
I had sleep paralysis this morning around 2 am and in it someone was sleep next to me and a voice that didn’t match their body spoke and they transformed into a fake looking demon and the knees were inverted or backwards and it was sitting standing on my bed growling at me and transforming it’s face. I prayed and God ended it in a few seconds but it was kinda terrifying.

I seen a sleep paralysis demon when I was about twelve years old I'll never forget it I'm 35. I remember it like it was yesterday those glowing reddish eyes. I would stare at them for at least a half-hour and it was so dark in my room after about a half hour maybe 40 minutes I would start to wonder if maybe there's some possibility that they're not actually eyes even though they clearly look like eyes and I would try to get up and turn the light on but I could not move I couldn't even think about how to move and then I would see the eyes start to move from one corner of the room to the other corner while staring at me the whole time moving almost to let me know yes I am here I am real and I am watching you whenever the person or creature would move the fear would be so immense that I just felt like a deer in headlights I felt powerless I was so scared that if I was able to move even a teeny bit it would kill me. It almost felt like it was just a known fact looking back at each other that if I move or attempt to yell I die the only thing I can do is stare into the eyes Paradigm know it wasn't a dream even though that's what most people would probably think. It wasn't a dream because I remember every minute every second and it was at least a couple hours that I stared at this thing and all the sudden I wake up in the morning and I immediately look to that corner and I wonder how the hell did I fall asleep I know without a doubt I was wide awake terrified there's no way you fall asleep when there is something like that happening to you. I don't know how it did it but it kept me from moving and I don't know how it made me fall asleep. Most people would just say you were dreaming and it must have just been a really real dream or because people would think I'm lying to get attention I don't really tell people in the real world because I don't want to be viewed as a crazy I've never had a supernatural encounter since. The main reason why bring it up now is because I have research this topic quite a bit every so often throughout the years I will start looking into it again to see if anyone has figured anything out. After all the research I have done on this topic I have not gotten any actual answers on what it is but I have confirmed that this is something that happens a lot and a lot of people have the same story and they know it's not a dream and I know it's factual and happened. Also I leave these comments every once in awhile and he's kind of videos because I hope someone especially a kid that went through this knows there's others like them and that they are not alone and they are not crazy and I also hope that maybe somebody one day will read this and tell me what the hell I seen and tell me their story. Even though many others have had the same encounter the only difference I have seen is that some people see yellow eyes instead of red and some people also see the outline of a body usually just a shadow with eyes that are glowing. I didn't see a shadow. I remember staring at the eyes and squinting hoping I can see what the hell it is how big it is. All I can say about the body is it had to have been larger than an average male feared based off the eyes facing the head would have been bigger than the head of the biggest males in feared based off the eyes facing the head would have been bigger than the head of the biggest human head tear the eyeballs were also larger than a normal human eyeballs and also we're not round like a human's eyeballs they actually we're more of a oval shape wide and tall eyes. Probably about three times bigger than a normal human die maybe a little bigger than that. And these two glowing eyes would turn every once in awhile to look at the door and then turn back to look at me it was irrefutable it was a creature that was alive in the thieves were eyes. I don't ever recall seeing blinking it appeared as if the eyes were staring at me the whole time even when they were moving they never took their eyes off me except to look at the door on only two different occasions and then briefly back to me. Every once in awhile the eyes would start to move towards me not much just slightly and it was always around the time that I started to feel like I was getting enough courage to get up and run in the moment I would start to even think about this the eyes wouldn't move either towards me a little bit and then immediately start to go back to where they were in the corner of the room or they would stare directly at my eyes while sidestepping to the other side of the room obviously remaining in the dark. I also think it's notable to say that this bedroom was very small not much different than the size of a standard Motel 6 room. So it wasn't as if these eyes were so far that maybe I was seeing something else know they were just close enough where I knew what the hell I was looking at
I remember that I have a dream or not, but when I woke up I was cant move and I hearing voices, so I want to get up but I was fell like In trap, its happened 1 time when I tried to get up I was look up and I was seeing a black creature but he has normal body, I was 6-7 or 8 years old. But in that moment I was again in the reality I dont remember what happened but I sure that creature still look at me in dreams. I traumatised a little so be safe and sure dont get in monster hands.

Sleep paralysis is you still dreaming whilst also awake. Your brain glitches out and essentially you're both asleep and awake at the same time, so things merge and you hallucinate but also can't move.

Too bad, you can only have one sleep paralysis demon at a time. Mine happens to be a three tailed fox, that likes to sit at the corner of my bed watching over me, or lay next to me to cuddle up. I often wake up seeing a indent in my mattress where it slept. And I have seen it more times than I can count just laying on the bed looking at me or something else in the room. It hasn't hurt me, I don't think it shows any intention of doing so, either. I've had it ever since I was a little kid. I have noticed it likes to follow me around even as an adult, by hiding in my shadow, and only appearing not in direct sunlight. It sometimes appears as a transparent wavy silhouette, like looking at a mirage on the road. I know it's real, because my nephews and nieces have seen it, and commented upon its description. They say it's very playful and adorable. And I kind of have to agree with them at this point.

Happened to me today after 6 years again. Happened just now, woke up at 10:30 from sleep paralysis. Eyes are burning from not enough sleep, felt tired, went back to sleep. Woke up from sleep paralysis again at 11:30. 2 times in 1 hour. Feelsbadman. Worst part - I am living alone, came to study overseas.

I have suffered from sleep paralysis my entire life. I'm 46 years old now. And I beat it. Sometimes, I have false awakenings where I think I'm awake, but I'm still really asleep. But I have a trick that I can do that will help me know when I'm awake and when it's a dream. If there's anything I have learned throughout 46 years of sleep paralysis is that you can control it. I control my dreams and lucid dream on the daily. I do whatever I want and go wherever I want in my head when I sleep. The only advice I can give to anyone that has sleep paralysis or lucid dreams is to know that you are bigger, better and stronger and to stand up to whatever it is that is in your head during sleep and dreams. Face it, confront it and win.

@@hencx1740 I don't know why I've had sleep paralysis my whole life. Sleep paralysis doesn't even bother me anymore. It's so common for me, it's just like, whatever at this point. As far as the lucid dreaming goes, I can't make myself lucid dream. It happens when it happens. But when I am lucid dreaming, I can absolutely 100% control the lucid dream. I lucid dream probably 3 times a week. Sometimes, I think I woke up and the dream is over, only to find that it was a false awakening and I'm still dreaming. False awakenings will happen MULTIPLE times in a dream for me. But I have found a trick to help me know, when it's a false awakening. If I try to turn on a light switch in the dream, and it doesn't work, I know I'm dreaming. Or if I try to dial a number on my cell phone, and can't, it helps me to know, okay, you're dreaming. From there, I just keep trying to wake up and end the dream. Sometimes I scream SO LOUD IN MY HEAD in the dream, begging for someone or something to wake me up and stop me from dreaming. It's miserable when this happens to me. Being trapped in a dream SUCKS. What I have found that will also help me to wake up though, is controlling the dream. The more and more I start trying to do crazy sh*t in the dream, the quicker I'll start to wake up. Onetime, I woke up in reality, opened my eyes, and saw my bedroom around me, but it was layered with whatever I was just dreaming. That's only ever happened to me ONCE, but it was caaaarzzzyy. And before you ask, no, I'm not on any types of drugs nor do I have mental health issues, lmao. On the plus side, sometimes, it's fun controlling your dream. I have been to some really pretty cool places in my dreams and have done some really crazy stuff in my dreams too....because I can.

Anyone experience upside down triangle headed shadow figures during sleep paralysis? I went to lay down a couple months back and as I sat up to look over at my dog to make sure she was good this upside down triangle headed demon looking shadow figure stood at my door and before I could think it jumped "into my chest" holding me down and then I woke up hours kater like wtf. Thought I was getting possessed by a demon to be honest. Kinda still think it's in me. Crazy experience. Sleep paralysis is a nightmare you can experience while awake.

I hope sleep paralysis are just nightmares, because I once grabbed it’s arm and head. The arm was very skinny and the head almost bald with short and pointy hair. I still couldn’t stop it, but it sure felt real.

this morning i bit into the hand that was covering my mouth and the feeling of that stuck with me all day. once i was dragged from the side of my bed and when i came to, my upper body was on the floor, legs up on the bed how it left me. its been a couple years since my last episode before this morning.
I had sleep paralisys a lot of times in my life. In the last few times, I woke up (but I dont think I was in the realm of the living) and saw something lurking in my room. It was like a normal person but I felt an evil energy when it was around. In my second last paralysis I remember of waking up screming "your place is not here! God is with me. Go find the ligh to continue your path" and it and it disapeared. Some weeks later, in the end of 2023, I had another peisode of paralisys, woke up kinda pissed of like the other time and felt that evil energy again in my room. When I looked at my bed I saw that same person laying down on my bed beside where I was sleeping. Again I said that stuff about God and light, ut I too grabbed the entity and carried it outside my house. When outside, the entity, under the light of the sun, began to dry out until it turns into dust. Just after that I woke up, but with a deep sense of peace.
This happened in the end of 2023, and I never again had sleep paralisys

Damm when it was happened to me 2 years ago i felt like what is going on i see white spirit grabbing my neck i cant move or talk only can see that and after sometime it stop and i scream and open my door call my mom that its it was horrifying expirece that was happened when i was 13.

I had sleep paralysis this morning around 2 am and in it someone was sleep next to me and a voice that didn’t match their body spoke and they transformed into a fake looking demon and the knees were inverted or backwards and it was sitting standing on my bed growling at me and transforming it’s face. I prayed and God ended it in a few seconds but it was kinda terrifying.

I seen a sleep paralysis demon when I was about twelve years old I'll never forget it I'm 35. I remember it like it was yesterday those glowing reddish eyes. I would stare at them for at least a half-hour and it was so dark in my room after about a half hour maybe 40 minutes I would start to wonder if maybe there's some possibility that they're not actually eyes even though they clearly look like eyes and I would try to get up and turn the light on but I could not move I couldn't even think about how to move and then I would see the eyes start to move from one corner of the room to the other corner while staring at me the whole time moving almost to let me know yes I am here I am real and I am watching you whenever the person or creature would move the fear would be so immense that I just felt like a deer in headlights I felt powerless I was so scared that if I was able to move even a teeny bit it would kill me. It almost felt like it was just a known fact looking back at each other that if I move or attempt to yell I die the only thing I can do is stare into the eyes Paradigm know it wasn't a dream even though that's what most people would probably think. It wasn't a dream because I remember every minute every second and it was at least a couple hours that I stared at this thing and all the sudden I wake up in the morning and I immediately look to that corner and I wonder how the hell did I fall asleep I know without a doubt I was wide awake terrified there's no way you fall asleep when there is something like that happening to you. I don't know how it did it but it kept me from moving and I don't know how it made me fall asleep. Most people would just say you were dreaming and it must have just been a really real dream or because people would think I'm lying to get attention I don't really tell people in the real world because I don't want to be viewed as a crazy I've never had a supernatural encounter since. The main reason why bring it up now is because I have research this topic quite a bit every so often throughout the years I will start looking into it again to see if anyone has figured anything out. After all the research I have done on this topic I have not gotten any actual answers on what it is but I have confirmed that this is something that happens a lot and a lot of people have the same story and they know it's not a dream and I know it's factual and happened. Also I leave these comments every once in awhile and he's kind of videos because I hope someone especially a kid that went through this knows there's others like them and that they are not alone and they are not crazy and I also hope that maybe somebody one day will read this and tell me what the hell I seen and tell me their story. Even though many others have had the same encounter the only difference I have seen is that some people see yellow eyes instead of red and some people also see the outline of a body usually just a shadow with eyes that are glowing. I didn't see a shadow. I remember staring at the eyes and squinting hoping I can see what the hell it is how big it is. All I can say about the body is it had to have been larger than an average male feared based off the eyes facing the head would have been bigger than the head of the biggest males in feared based off the eyes facing the head would have been bigger than the head of the biggest human head tear the eyeballs were also larger than a normal human eyeballs and also we're not round like a human's eyeballs they actually we're more of a oval shape wide and tall eyes. Probably about three times bigger than a normal human die maybe a little bigger than that. And these two glowing eyes would turn every once in awhile to look at the door and then turn back to look at me it was irrefutable it was a creature that was alive in the thieves were eyes. I don't ever recall seeing blinking it appeared as if the eyes were staring at me the whole time even when they were moving they never took their eyes off me except to look at the door on only two different occasions and then briefly back to me. Every once in awhile the eyes would start to move towards me not much just slightly and it was always around the time that I started to feel like I was getting enough courage to get up and run in the moment I would start to even think about this the eyes wouldn't move either towards me a little bit and then immediately start to go back to where they were in the corner of the room or they would stare directly at my eyes while sidestepping to the other side of the room obviously remaining in the dark. I also think it's notable to say that this bedroom was very small not much different than the size of a standard Motel 6 room. So it wasn't as if these eyes were so far that maybe I was seeing something else know they were just close enough where I knew what the hell I was looking at

I remember that I have a dream or not, but when I woke up I was cant move and I hearing voices, so I want to get up but I was fell like In trap, its happened 1 time when I tried to get up I was look up and I was seeing a black creature but he has normal body, I was 6-7 or 8 years old. But in that moment I was again in the reality I dont remember what happened but I sure that creature still look at me in dreams. I traumatised a little so be safe and sure dont get in monster hands.
